The tour guide was knowledgeable for the sites that we visited. However, we arrived late at the library and was not allowed to enter. We were supposed to have drinks and snacks, but we only received one bottle of water and one can of soda on the return back to our hotel after walking in the hot sun all day. We were promised that we could stop to shop for 30 mins in the market, but the tour guide tried to take us a a gov’t shopping location in which we refused to go in. Then, he said the traffic was bad in Alexandria and it would be better to stop in Cairo for shopping, but that never happened. This was the last day of our vacation and this tour Company was by far not to the standards of the other tour companies we used during our week vacation.

We took the French version of the excursion, the price is interesting because cheaper than the other ones but the quality isn’t there The car wasn’t Clean, and there wasn’t any air conditioning for the first half of the day even With the very hot weather. The guide didn’t speak French very well and the explanations weren’t very elaborate and were at times repetitive

Really enjoyed this tour to Alexandria to see the main tourist sites. It seemed a little rushed as in takes almost 3 hours to travel to Alexandria and 3 hours to return to Cairo. But I am glad we did take the tour. The lunch was excellent.

Timing and transport was just fine...

Timing and transport was just fine. Inclusions listed and we didn't get until after we requested them were wifi access and bottled water you have to take in note that is as 3 hour ride to Alexandria so the pick up was at 7am and we were able to drink water until lunch at 2pm, also had wifi access until I requested it again at lunch. Another thing I disliked was that since we got into the transport the guide imediately highlighted that Alexandria is NOTHING like the traditional Egypt we would expect, that Cairo shows 2K years BC and Alexandrias is just 200 year old so is was like yesterday so the expectation of Alexandria was on the floor before we even got there. The good highlight of the tour is Alexandria's Library which is amazing and beautiful a complete work of art.

Bellissima gita ad Alessandria

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questa gita in giornata ad Alessandria. Puntualissima la nostra guida ci è venuta a prendere direttamente nel nostro hotel a Giza. Da qui con un comodo viaggio in macchina di circa 2 ore e mezza siamo arrivati ad Alessandria dove in mattina abbiamo visitato tre dei luoghi più caratteristici e interessanti della città, il tutto con le esaustive spiegazioni della bravissima guida Monalisa. A pranzo siamo stati portati in un bellissimo ristorante vista mare dove abbiamo gustato un ottimo piatto di pesce appena pescato e altre specialità locali. Per concludere nel pomeriggio abbiamo visitato la famosa biblioteca di Alessandria. Da qui siamo ripartiti alla volta di Giza e del nostro albergo. Sicuramente è stata una piacevole giornata e consigliamo vivamente questa gita.

El tour fue muy bien llevdo por Amro, conocedor de los lugares visitados. El conductor y el guia super amables y cuidando que me sintiera a gusto. Se cumplio con el horario indicado en el tour y el almuerzo bueno con una vista espectacular al Mediterraneo. La empresa muy buena.
