Akram was amazing. He was waiting for us with a sign, got us through customs fast and then to our hotel. He also was the guide back to the airport and helped get us through the initial security. Highly recommend booking this as the Cairo airport and customs can be confusing.

Mohamed met me right outside of the secure area of the airport on arrival. He helped me purchase a tourist visa and exchange my USD for EGP he even checked to make sure that the rate wasn't outrageous. He helped me through customs/immigration and we got in the private vehicle and went to the hotel. This was completely no hassle and very helpful considering I haven't visited Egypt before. Driving is very scary in Egypt the lanes are merely suggestions - the driver for my private transfer did a great job keeping my safety factor up and getting to the hotel safely.

We had to wait for a good half an hour for our transport to the airport reason being that the driver kind of lost his way. At the airport, we were stopped away from the entry, with our bags being placed at the side of the car park. My husband had to cross the road to get the trolley and we had to carry and place the bags on the trolley ourselves. A little help from the guide would be very much appreciated, but no, he seemed to be in a hurry to go. Honestly, I would have expected a more friendly service.
