Truly exemplary service. Met my wife and I just past the gates, handed us our Visa's, collected bags and whisked us through customs. And all at minutes before midnight while the airport is jammed. . The car met us out front with no delay , bottled water, cheerful conversation. My wish is that every pick-up could be like this!! These guys are terrific! Hats off! Use them!!!!

This is the first time we've had a driver pick us up before going through passport control. He was easy to find and had a sign with our name on it. The whole experience was expedited, professional, and smooth—one of the fastest experiences we've had in an international airport through passport control, luggage pickup, and customs to our car. We were met before passport control, with our name on a printed sign, and then fast tracked through passport control. Once we collected our luggage, we were escorted to our driver Paul, who was directly outside the terminal. It was a very easy process and made arriving into Cairo for the first time a lot more relaxed. Paul was very friendly and provided tips for Egypt. I would recommend his services.

After a long flight, arriving at midnight, it was a pleasure to be greeted at the airport and whisked through all the formalities to our waiting Driver. Initially taken to the wrong hotel, but easily done as there are three with a similar name, we were quickly at our hotel. Would highly recommend for the ease and convenience.

The worst experience ever

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a meet and greet service at Cairo airport. I could not find anyone waiting for me on arrival and after a 24 hour flight I had to navigate my way through visa, immigration and customs which was quite distressing. Upon exiting the airport I could not locate the driver anywhere. Through sheer luck and with the help of a Good Samaritan I was able to contact the driver who happened to be in the vicinity and were driven to our hotel. It transpired that Viator did not inform the tour operator of a change to the arrival time which I had made a long time before and had received a confirmation from Viator showing the correct time. A request for refund was rejected with an excuse that I had to manually change the details even though I have a confirmation with the correct details and there was nowhere else that I had to make a “manual change”. I will never use them again and will certainly advise my colleagues and friends to never consider them. If I could I would give them less than one star.

If you want to navigate your arrival in Cairo quickly and stress-free, get your digital visa ahead of time and book this service.
