Pickup is available from most hotels in Los Cabos. Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking so we can confirm your exact pickup time. Travelers staying in private residences, Airbnbs, or locations without direct access may be assigned a nearby meeting point. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver can only wait up to 5 minutes after the confirmed time.

No phone call to tell us the excursion was overbooked. Plans for the day were unexpected and inexcusable. Notification would have been more acceptable.
