Upgraded from the atv to the utv on site and very happy i did. Great tour in the park and along the ocean. The utv was a much better choice, fast and exhilarating! Would go again with the same company 100%.

Super fun activity BUT way too many upgrade fees and extra charges. So much fun but I would definitely choose a different company next time that doesn’t have all the surprise fees. I wish I could give them 5 stars because it was super fun but I can’t because we ended up having to pay an extra 200 dollars when we got there and if you wanna buy any photos or videos they take be prepared to pay a fortune.

The whole ATV rides were very good, riding through the canyon and the beach,,,,except they have these extra charges that are not clear on booking process. And the guide was very bold in that he "recommended" the how much the tip should be for "each" ATVs in US dollars. He wanted us to pay $30 per ATVs for tips. We had 5 ATVs in our family so he basically wanted me to pay $150 on tips !!
So here are the extra charges:
$25 for "entry" fee to the trails (per person or ATV?) - we had 5 people and 5 ATVs, so we paid $125
$25 for insurance per ATV,,,UTV and side by sides are more (I paid but on retrospect, I don't think you need it. The trails are pretty flat and very rare chance you'll flip your ATVs)
And if you pay with credit card, they charge %18 or so taxes on top of the total amount!
So, it's not $75 ATV ride per person !!! You can add the number now.
And don't forget that "recommended" tips per ATV. No, I didn't give $30 tips per ATV. But, it left a sour taste in what could've been a great outing...

Javier was an amazing guide couldn’t ask for anyone better. The views, the drive, and the photos were very nice. For experienced ATV drivers, upgrading the ATV and getting a private tour is 100% worth it.

This was an exhilarating experience, you never know with motorsports but the staff did a good job allowing our group to let loose. Reminder, they charge $25 extra for park access when you arrive.

This was my first time doing ATVs and it was my birthday and I had a great time with the staff who took us out on the tour and I definitely will come back here and do it again. Also, being my first time well half of the riders were inexperienced and the rest were experienced the staff took their time and made sure everybody was safe. Got back in one piece lol and the tequila tasting at the end was very fun as well.

The ATV tour was a lot of fun and worth an experience for sure. Our tour guides Alberto and Javier were awesome. They made it fun for the group and were very patient. We would definitely do this again if we are in Cabo. 10/10 and will recommend for everyone.

Picked up right on time at our hotel in town. Made one other stop for more passengers, then about a 30 minute drive to location.
Process was smooth with the usual push to spend more on insurance, but the safety talk was good and our ride went very smoothly. Tequila afterwards was fun and tasty. We bought one bottle, though expensive, was a treat.
Overall the experience was great and I recommend them to you for a fun half day.

Good tour of the desert and beach. Saw some animals (donkeys and camels) Got to stop and admire the beautiful scenery. Recommend paying the extra 100$ for private tour. Definitely worth it.

I participated in this tour with my family - wife and five kids (all various ages of teenagers). If you've never driven an ATV before, then you'll likely enjoy this experience. However, if you have spent time on an ATV, then the activity is fine but not amazing. The tour primarily takes you through dried river beds, which end up just being dusty trails. The end of the tour does go onto the beach, along the Pacific Ocean, which was the highlight of the tour but also the shortest part of the tour.
The tour guide was really pushy about leaving a tip, and went so far as to tell us how much we should tip for each vehicle. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I'd rather tip because I had a great experience, not because my tour guide guilts me into doing it. I'd recommend adding $20/person to the price of the tour than advising participants to give a tip of that amount. Again, it was very pushy.
Lastly, if you are not a tequila drinker, you may want to avoid this tour. At the end of the ride, everyone was able to taste some tequila. We didn't participate, which was fine. However, the van that drove us to the experience had to wait for everyone to finish their tequila tasting, so we were "trapped" waiting before we could return to our hotel. I should have thought through the situation when I was booking the tour but didn't. No one's fault but mine really, but I did want to mention it if you aren't drinkers like us, and you are anxious to get back to your hotel/beach/pool.

My wife and I booked this for our 18 year old son and his 3 friends. We walked them over to the pickup spot and asked the driver if they needed anything else before leaving. The driver said everything was taken care of.
When they arrived at the location they told our group they needed to pay $120 fee to enter the area. The kids didn’t know any different so they paid. Then they used high pressure tactics to get insurance on the quads. Telling them horror stories on what happens and how much things cost. They declined.
Then once they left they told the boys they could pay $20 more per person to go on a better route/ride. The boys declined that as well.
List your prices. Don’t scam people.

Overpriced … pressure you into insurance you don’t need as you are only on a boring course. Also rarely stop so few opportunities for pictures (although the vendor is happy to sell you overpriced videos of your experience). In addition, guide tells you what you should tip which is in excess of 20%

The experience itself was really cool we got the side by side vehicle and it was fun, however i payed for this trip online, and it failed to mention all of the hidden fees, such as 25$ per person for an “entry fee” and 50$ for insurance on the vehicle. We waited 1 hour after we had all our gear to get set up with the group activity so then we decided to spend another 100$ to do a private tour, our tour guide tried to tell us most people tip him over 100$ for a 2 hour ride. These people are not great with customer service. The tequila tasting guide was also very rude to others.

Our guide, Chino, was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. He was also very funny. So needless to say, we had a lot of fun. And cruising on those ATV's was exhilarating

Overall, experience was fun, there are fees that could be a slight eye roll. However, riding for 2 hours was a great time. Our private tour was had no regrets and our tour guide did a great job making it fun. The tour guide explains to me and my brother (the guys) that we’re going to have some fun and “normally he gets a tip the same price as the private tour” ($175). I thought that was crazy and he basically switched his mindset to give us a great time but with a price. At the end I’m sorry I didn’t tip him $175, he clearly wasn’t happy about it so he didn’t ask us if we wanted the picture they were taking and didn’t get any tequila. Let alone didn’t want to say good bye. This guy killed our vibe because apparently his check is all 90% commissions. Long story short, expect to pay more than the package and bring cash for a huge tip.
P.S. the bandannas/ “gators” were a good purchase for the ride bc the wind and sand will make it hard to ride comfortably. Just giving advice on what to expect, still a good time and an organized event.
