This service is only from the Airport to Hotels, we do offer transfers from Vacation Rentals, located in Los Cabos area only, we do need to know the exact address of the location.

Travel between Los Cabos Airport and your hotel in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and nearby areas, by pre-booking your one-way shared arrival transfer. Avoid the hassle of public transportation and save time over an expensive taxi or private transfer service.
Receive confirmation of your transfer and a travel voucher within 24 hours of booking. Upon arrival at the airport and after clearing customs, look for the Gray Line meet and greet representative, who will take you to your vehicle.
Board the late model vehicle with air conditioning for the transfer to your hotel, driven by a professionally certified driver. Provide your voucher to the driver, then sit back, relax, and enjoy the views during the ride. Transfer time will depend on the traffic and number of passengers, which is capped at 16.

The representatives were at the airport as communicated. Only waited about 10 min for the van to arrive. My accommodation was at a relatively unknown condo complex in SAN Jose del Cabo but they had no problem finding it. Highly recommend you use this service.

We did have to wait about 15 minutes for our Driver. But it was a great trip to our hotel. We did stop at two other hotels before we got to ours, but it was nice having a little tour of the city. Cool van with nice people to learn about their favorite things in Cabo. Will definitely use again!!

As we arrived we checked in with the Viator team. The guy was pleasant and gave us a time of when we should board the van. He’d given us an approximate time of 25-30 minutes however, he came to us within 10 minutes after our check in to board. The ride was good. We had AC throughout the ride to our hotel. The driver spoke English and Spanish so it was good to be able to have a conversation with him.

Liked the condition of vehicle we rode in. Love the fact that there was no others in the car and the driver drove us straight to our resort which was about 40-45 min drive. Gave detail directions (and warnings to avoid those people right outside our gate at the airport 👍🏻👍🏻) how to go to our tent. However we waited quite while before we got to go on our shuttle.

Driver was great. Didn’t like that they don’t notify you when booking that you will or could be making multiple stops to drop off other passengers at different hotels. If that info of possibly stopping at multiple hotels was given in the description when booking we would have booked a private shuttle or taxi. But overall was very affordable and good drivers if you don’t mind potentially stopping at multiple hotels.

Flights got delayed, there was space and Viator was able to amend our shuttle time graciously and worked to get that done last minute when they didn’t have too! It was a bit confusing as in the info mail they advised to look for a tent with number six, but there were no tents around the airport.
Another friendly Grey Line driver directed me to the right direction and everything went smoothly after that.
Very friendly staff and affordable price!
