This service is only from the Airport to Hotels, we do offer transfers from Vacation Rentals, located in Los Cabos area only, we do need to know the exact address of the location.

What To Expect

Travel between Los Cabos Airport and your hotel in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and nearby areas, by pre-booking your one-way shared arrival transfer. Avoid the hassle of public transportation and save time over an expensive taxi or private transfer service.

Receive confirmation of your transfer and a travel voucher within 24 hours of booking. Upon arrival at the airport and after clearing customs, look for the Gray Line meet and greet representative, who will take you to your vehicle.

Board the late model vehicle with air conditioning for the transfer to your hotel, driven by a professionally certified driver. Provide your voucher to the driver, then sit back, relax, and enjoy the views during the ride. Transfer time will depend on the traffic and number of passengers, which is capped at 16.

The representatives were at the airport as communicated. Only waited about 10 min for the van to arrive. My accommodation was at a relatively unknown condo complex in SAN Jose del Cabo but they had no problem finding it. Highly recommend you use this service.

Paid an additional $106 for 2 people, on top of $32.40, totaling $138.40 and ride took only 20 minutes. We waited for a solid hour for our ride. Driver was great, but it shouldn't have taken this long!

As soon as you get off the customs area go straight to The assigned area to get your transportation, you will get bombarded by offers. Staff at grey line shuttle is very friendy/ nice, Carlos is very helpful and our driver Omar made us feel safe and comfortable in the drive to our hotel , we enjoyed the drive.

I arrived three minutes before my time and was told I would need to wait 25-40 minutes for my shuttle. It just felt disorganized. I also happened to be one of the last stops so it was a long ride but that's not out of the question for a shuttle.

the transfer was good and organised. it took longer than I expected as I had to wait about an hour at the airport before the van departed which is understandable as they prob had to wait for all the passenger's flights to land. and also my accommodation was the last stop so in total it took me about 3 hours to get to my accom from the time I landed. the price was worth the wait though cos a taxi would've costed me 10x the price

Finding the representative was easy with the directions provided. The wait for the shuttle was long but understandable. The guy that checked us in came and found us. We were put in a Yukon with 3 other ppl so it was kinda tight in the backseat we were basically sitting in each other's legs. Driver didn't mess around. He got us to our destination pretty fast (80+ mph)

Price is reasonable. Wait time was not. Waited 35 minutes for a ride after checking in. Then had to stop at 4 other hotels on the way to our hotel. A little over 2 hours after landing did we finally arrive at our hotel. The ride in the back of the van was cramped and an adventure, if you like being tossed around like a rag doll. I will pay for a private shuttle next time.

Cheapest transfer I could find but you kind of get what you pay for. We had to wait for a while until our vehicle arrived. Then we got it and had to wait for other passengers to arrive. Very tight fit. Took about 30-40 minutes from when we checked in until we left.

This was a great way to get to our resort from the airport. When we were searching for a shuttle online, they were a great value compared to other companies. The instructions that were emailed to us were very specific and easy to follow. Antonio Martinez greeted us and was very helpful.
