Super mellow and calm tour around the arch in Cabo. Tomas and Ignacio (Nacho) were amazing guide/ captain duo. We got to see some cool fish through the glass floor. Ignacio gave us a lot of great information and recommendations… including La Filatera, which had the best most fresh fish we had in Cabo! He also took some great pictures. Great experience all around :)

This is a glorified photo shoot once you get to the Arch, having said that it is pretty cool being in a completely see through boat.

It was fun! Roberto was great as was the captain. We learned some history of Cabo, and saw the arch where we got lots of pictures. Our fellow travelers were great - the children had a lot of fun.

It’s easy to find the meeting place behind the only Starbucks. Easy check in and instructions. Stefano, the tour guide and Luis, our boat captain, were terrific. Informative and funny and accommodating.

There's only one company that owns all the glassboats in San Lucas. Envatours. It's cheaper here on Viator than on their own websites ($40). You will have to check in at their office and pay the Marina fee per person. They will try to upsell you a solo trip, but it's not worth it.
Now the experience itself is 100% worth it. Each boat has a captain and a tour guide. We had a lovely young woman who did a great job keeping everyone entertained and took some great photos. The boat really is see-through, and fish do swim under the boat near the arch. Once at the arch, each person moves to the front of the boat to take a photo with the tour guide's DLSR camera. Which you can purchase separately. IMO, not worth any price ($80 for the entire photo), but they are great photos. The boat does not land on any of the beaches, which is normal.
TLDR: Great experience, 100% worth the value, and don't forget to tip your tour guide.

I was disappointed in this company. We had a large group and the perfect size to fit in one boat. But they wanted us to pay $100 (in addition to the $20 per person we already paid for the excursion) to allow us to be in a boat together. Since we didn’t pay extra, knowing we already filled our own boat, they split us into 3 different boats with strangers. Then we spent half of the tour left out of the experience because they had us share a boat with people who speak a different language than us, so everything had to be translated and said twice. This could have been avoided if they had let us share a boat with our own family. Then they were relentless in asking for tips after we already paid for the experience. They would not take the tip jar out of our faces until we paid. A tip is deserved when you go above and beyond what was already paid for… they did not do that. They took our pictures in the boat with their own camera, instead of taking our pictures for us with our phones, so they could ask us for MORE money at the end. They wanted $38 for one picture! Or $78 for the rest. The boat itself was neat and we saw quite a few fish. The arches were beautiful. That is the only reason I give 2 stars (the boat and scenery). But we took a tour with another company the next day and they were SOOOO much better! They didn’t try and make us buy extras and give away undeserved money in tips. Like I said, I was not impressed with Envatours shady business style and I would not use their company again. Their company gets zero stars.

I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have felt to be split into different boats, especially with a large family group you wanted to enjoy together. Keeping families united is really important to us, and the language barrier making everything feel twice as long made it even worse. I also apologize for the repeated requests for tips and the way the professional photos were presented — it clearly came across as pushy and made you feel we were just asking for more money.
It seems the reservations were made separately, so our team didn’t realize it was one big family traveling together. For future trips, I recommend making one single reservation for the whole group so we can plan properly and keep everyone together from the start.
We’ve already noted your comments and are reviewing our group assignments, onboard communication, and how we offer optional services like photos.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a partial refund. One of our team members will contact you privately shortly to arrange it.

This is a very no frills boat ride out to the arch and back. It was exactly what we were looking for because we had two little kids who probably would have been bored had it been any longer. They had fun looking at the fish under the boat. The photographer took a few pictures and then we were back. It's inexpensive and worth it for a little excursion. If you have high expectations, take a different boat.

Good experience. Saw fish, sea lions, pelicans and the rock formation. Great with kids. Got the transportation included. Pictures after were a bit over priced but you can take your own.

Just an okay experience. The hidden costs associated include transportation to and from marina dock fee. $32 total, for me, including cost of excursion. While not terrible, I would have rather added another $32 and repeated the sunset cruise I went on the next day. Crew was nice, but this was just an okay experience.

Our guide, Nacho, was excellent. The boat was clean and the tour fun and informative. It was great to see fish and view the rock structures. We wished it had been two hours!
We would highly recommend to anyone. Our kids especially enjoyed seeing the fish as they aren’t yet comfortable snorkeling.

I booked online for my whole family including an infant. They reached out via different channels a day in advance. We found the office easily. Check in was smooth as well. The tour itself was great, fun way to see the ocean underneath like that, they were nice to accommodate my 1 year old as well so we could have fun as a family. The views are beautiful the tour guy was very nice and funny, gave the tour in 2 languages.
The pictures he took were expensive, and they were not exactly high quality, but I get it.
Overall it's totally worth it, great experience!

Walking from the cruise dropoff point to the site of the Clear Boat was a nightmare. There was no signage anywhere. No Viator signs. No Clear Boat signs. We walked completely around to the opposite side of the marina in Cabo San Lucas. I'm guessing the walk was about a mile, on a hot day. The actual excursion was fine, but getting there was not.

The boat ride was very good. Very pretty and everyone was great. Only thing is wish there was pickup where carnival drop you off. The walk is a little far. Other than that it was great.

The tour was alot of fun. Well worth it. Our guide Natural was very informative and kept us entertained. The captain was very skilled. Its not directly behind Starbucks but in the little courtyard a little ways behind it. The people are very friendly. We enjoyed it all.

It was so awesome. Some were able to see a whale even. Several stops for schools of fish to pass under our feet, coral reef, and the arch. Nice amount of time at the Arch of Lands End
