It was nice but the description is very misleading. The whale watching isn’t 2 hours. It’s also a water taxi for those that booked a ride to the beach by the Arch. They combined the two tours and it’s not a quick drop off. Also the guide was very nice but there was no talk about the whales, their migration, etc. as described. Still, we saw a few whales and had a good time.

I don’t recommend choosing this company. We came to Cabo San Lucas just to go whale watching and this was not the experience we expected. The whole check in was super chaotic and confusing. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get on a boat and then after about 20 minutes into the tour, the boat ran out of gas and we were left drifting in open sea for about 30 min until someone came to the rescue. People were getting sea sickness, we had kids on the boat having a hard time and being scared. The captain never took it seriously or apologized, he was just making jokes and treating us like if we weee cattle. Finally someone brought us gas but the captain decided to drop us at lover beach and we did not continue looking for whales which was very frustrating because is what we came here for.
Lovers beach is over crowded and not that pretty. People is peeing everywhere and there is people there supposedly helping you to get in and out of boats but all they want is your money. Not a very pleasant experience!
When we got back to port I spoke to the “patron” and I was socked to see again that they did not even apologized for leaving us floating in the ocean and missing the whales. Eventually he offered me 500 pesos in return but only if I wrote a positive review in front of him so he could take a picture of it as proof. Not fair for other costumers.
If you decided to go to Cabo I would recommend choosing another operator.

This is not an everyday situation. We make sure our boats are prepared before each tour; however, in rare cases, last-minute operational issues can occur. When this happens, our priority is always guest safety, and we act as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
We also take your comments regarding communication and professionalism seriously, as every guest deserves to feel respected and supported throughout the tour. A partial refund has already been offered as a gesture of fairness given the circumstances.

All the whale boats here are the same. Don’t believe that larger ones are offered. English speaking guide but they are not knowledgeable in whale behavior or species. We saw many sailfish hunting in the same water as the whales and he called them marlins. The whales congregated along the shores as the cruise ship arrived. We saw two small whales as the Carnival Panorama came in from a distance and passed by them. Likely Bryce whales. The next day we saw two large blue whales about 1000 yards away from the cruise ship. The whale boat carried about 12 people. Including crew. We stopped by the arch and took many pictures. The trip took about 2.5 hours and you had options to stay on the beaches for a few hours if you desired. We went back early. When we left Cabo that evening, there were many of these small whales along the way. But seeing them up close and personal on a small boat was much more interesting. The boats all congregated about the whale, about 10 of them. No, there is no fancy sonar or whale finders. You just go wherever the whales go which is about 1/4 miles out from the arch where the deep currents carried bait fish for the predator species. We had calm sea with 6 to 10 mph wind. I would have passed if wind was 15 to 25. Sea sick is a definite problem if there are white caps and 3 or more feet waves. Check the weather as you can cancel 2 days out. Cruise ship definitely will see more but at distance. They are spotted as you are close to shore from 6:30 to 12 or so a day dusk.

I would not describe the boat as modern and comfortable. It was a small boat with cushioned seats. There are no food and drinks offered or for sale. Only fits about 8 people. The ride out to sea was rough and I feared for my life at times. There is no sonar equipment so we were just chasing the bigger fishing boats that have that and only saw a few whales from very far. We did see a sea turtle and sea lions. The captain did not share any information about whales.
Great day, warm weather, seen quite a few whales. The arches and rock views were up close and amazing. I would definitely recommend this tour. The only problem was finding Gregory tours, not good signage.

There's no guarantee that a whale will be spotted, but we were fortunate that our guide was able to spot multiple whales during our journey. It also helps that you go during the whale migration season.

I wasn't expecting too much for the price, but I picked this tour because it was advertised as wheelchair accessible, it was not. It was scheduled to leave at 12p but we didn't start until 1230p. This changed our other scheduled activities. The only good thing was seeing a whale.

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We want to clarify that our boats are not advertised as wheelchair accessible. Additionally, as shown in the pictures, our boats are unfortunately not designed to accommodate wheelchairs.
When you arrived at the dock, we explained this to you, and we issued a 100% refund while canceling the reservation.
Given this, we are unsure who you ultimately went on the tour with, but it was not with our company.
We deeply regret the negative experience you had and hope you’ll consider us for a future trip should your needs align with our services.

Our timing that Viator booked was 1 hour prior and so we had to wait for the next boat to take us. However once we were in the ocean it was too good experience.. our boat driver was making sure he chases the whales once they were sighted and we had some good pictures for our memories 😊
