An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!
We had such a wonderful time on this catamaran tour. There was a small mechanical issue with our original boat when we arrived, but the team handled it immediately and professionally. They quickly made alternative arrangements and ensured our day went off without a hitch. We were so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled — zero stress on our end.
The crew was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had an amazing time. They went above and beyond to take care of us and made the entire experience feel relaxed and special.
The tour itself was beautiful and incredibly enjoyable. Great atmosphere, stunning views, and just an all-around memorable day on the water.
We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and how much effort the team put into making sure everything was perfect despite the initial hiccup. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone considering this tour!

Highly recommend this experience! You can completely customize the day to make it what you want—whether you want to snorkel, swim, or just cruise. The setup allows you to stream your own music, and our guide was great at walking us through all the local landmarks.

Our captain Jeremy was amazing! It was the best part of our Cabo experience. We had six adults on board and were able to eat, drink, swim, anything we felt like doing during the excursion. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. Had a blast!!!

We had a really great time with La Isla! They seem to be one of the more sophisticated companies around Cabo. On board with us we had a crew of three. A captain, a guide and a photographer. They were all pretty sweet people. We went in June, the location is a bit touristy but honestly not so bad. The water was amazing. I was surprised at how good their burrito was! And the guacamole was freshly made by Jeremy, our guide. Delicious. My five year old ate so much. Wish we could stay longer but our grandparents were a little bit sea sick.

Alex was amazing! We had a small group so this experience was perfect! We went for a tour around the water and ended up at the arch and neighboring beach. Its nice to be able to set your itinerary and go at your own speed while playing your own music. 100% recommend.

Pleasant trip to the arch and nearby rock formations, as well as along Cabo San Lucas' bay. The boat is comfortable and you can play your own music. Occasionally, you get to see fish, sea lions and seagulls.

We had a fantastic time with Alex and La Isla tours.
We stopped in Cabo as part of our cruise and the tender to the port did take longer than I'd anticipated, but they were able to push our reservation time out to accommodate us.
We highly recommend this private tour if you're in the area!

We had a great time with La Isla Tours on the Sidhi. We were in Cabo just for the day, coming from a cruise, about half a mile walk from where out tender boat dropped us off. We were lucky to see a whale while on our trip. The boat had nice comfy seats. Excellent service.

We had a wonderful boat ride! We went at 4pm so we could see the sunset and it was spectacular. We were able to swim first while there was still light then got to see all the highlight and relax while the sunset. It was very wavy on the Pacific side which my 9 year old did not love but survived!

This was a fantastic outing! The boat is so roomy and comfortable. We brought our own drinks aboard and Jeremy kept our glasses filled the whole time. The captain did an excellent job of spotting the whales and getting close so we could see them. While there was the opportunity to snorkel and hangout on the Lilly pad, we opted out because of the wind and cooler temps. We saw a gorgeous sunset!
This outing was a perfect chill afternoon on the water, which is exactly what we were looking for.
The bathroom was large and really well appointed. A great opportunity to change into dry clothes before disembarking.
I highly recommend this for your small group!!

My wife and I had the wonderful time, Jeremy our driver and tour guide was amazing and took us to all the beautiful areas around Cabo coast line. We were able to swim at a great area and were able to catch whales jumping out of the ocean. He ended the boat tour with a romantic sunset. This a must do and recommend the boat tour!

Highly recommend! The boat was very nice with comfortable seating. Everything needed like water, ice, cups and snacks were provided. Also provided snorkel gear and water mats. The driver was very friendly and kind. He took us to see whales, the Arch, Lovers and Divorce Beach and a few places with beautiful coastline.

Arrived ten minutes prior to our scheduled departure time at the dock and address provided by Viator. No one was there to meet us we so called the tour group and they confirmed we were at the correct dock and said someone would come get us. Twenty minutes later no one had collected us and we called the tour group company again. They initially said we had no reservation but then found the reservation and said we were at the wrong dock and Viator provided the wrong address. When we finally did find the correct dock the tour guide blamed viator for the incorrect address and said our tour time was also incorrect and was actually scheduled for 3pm not 2:30pm. I’m not sure who was responsible for the misinformation but it was not a great start to the experience. Additionally the email link they provided for the mandatory waiver was a broken link. The actual tour was nice and the boat was as advertised but was a really bad experience initially

Blown away, maybe the best experience of our lives. The original ship broke down just before we were to depart, so Captain Alex gave us the larger ship, complimentary. Edgar and Rodrigo were FANTASTIC, it was truly the experience of a lifetime.

Having the boat to ourselves and flexible itinerary was fantastic! We saw so many whales and loved every moment. My husband has one side paralyzed from stroke and this was perfect for him. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating!

Hacho was an amazingly attentive and kind tour guide! He took us around the shores of Cabo and gave us history of the sea and wildlife around us. Hacho offered snorkels and any equipment and beverages he had while we swam. Hacho slowed down the boat when any of us took pictures to ensure our safety! I highly reccomend this private tour, it is worth everything and was the highlight of our trip.

This was our first time in Cabo. We loved this private experience. The tour guides were great and accommodating. We didn’t want to swim for 1.5 hours and there wasn’t anything to see when we were snorkeling, so they drove us around a bit. Would do this again.

We had a great time on this tour. The day we booked the marina closed but the company called and we were able to book for the following day. Our crew was friendly and we stopped at the marina shop to pick up snacks and drinks. During the trip we saw turtles, sea lions, and beautiful fish. Snorkeling at the beach was fun and we relaxed on the lily pad. Great time for a quiet family. Definitely recommend!

I completely understand if a boating activity needs to be cancelled due to safety. However, we were never informed our activity was cancelled. We waited at the dock, only to accidentally run into one of the employees who wasn't sure why no one notified us. We spent $100 on taxis from San Jose del Cabo and our morning was wasted. It's been a few days, and I still haven't heard anything from them with an apology.

The staff was very friendly. We went out to the arch, pelican beach as well as other sites. We stopped to snorkel and saw gorgeous fish. We really enjoyed our time relaxing together as a family on this 3+ hour boat tour. Highly recommended!

We only had a half day in Cabo so this was perfect. We saw sights, swam and snorkeled. The crew were both nice and accommodating. We were given soda and water (plenty of both unlike other excursions we’ve been on), plus chips and salsa. Since it’s private we were able to choose where we went and for how long.

Friendly staff. Since it was just us we got to determine how fast we moved through each spot. The snorkeling was very kid friendly. Clear and smooth water. Saw so many fish on the coral.

This was not the experience that was described in the overview on the Viator website. First, the boat is not a catamaran, it is a small pontoon boat. Secondly, there was no snorkeling gear and none was offered. The captain had very little interaction with us and acted bored to be out with us. We did enjoy the lily pad, but that was the best part of the trip. Definitely not worth the money for a "private catamaran" escape.
