What a fantastic day spent visiting this beautiful area. Francesco is one of the best tour guides I have ever had, his knowledge and passion for the area is infectious. As a solo female traveller I was nervous at first but Francesco put me at ease immediately. I couldn’t recommend this tour more.

Never saw Bari. Not from a distance and certainly no tour of the historic center as advertised. The air conditioning was broken in the car. The driver and guide had another tour that evening so they raced home in what most would say as terrible driving!! Dangerous and high speeds. The guide was rude, dismissive and a a very unhappy individual. Very little information during the long car rides was shared. This was not as good experience. This was not the usual Viator quality I’ve come to expect.

After enjoying the day with Francesco, we’ve decided that he is our new Italian son. We only had a short time in Bari as a stop on our ocean cruise. Francesco picked us up at the cruise port and showed us all of the highlights of Puglia. We booked the tour to see Alberobello but there was so many extra sights in the other locations. He really knows the history and significant details of each area. What a great tour made even better by Francesco!

Francisco was our tour guide and he was exceptional! His knowledge of the area was incredible! Francisco took us to meet some of the nicest locals making this trip so much more special. He personalized the tour to our time frame. I can not say enough about this young man!

What can I say? Francesco is fantastic guide. We are 100% in love with Bari and the area after his tour. It was amazing day- best places in just one day, we would never do it without him. We even managed to swim in Polignano..
Unforgettable day.. Highly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'agenzia di viaggi che è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Molto disponibile la sig.ra Teresa. Escursione molto interessante con guida Marzia (guida molto competente e che ama il lavoro che fa, che secondo me è un valore aggiunto). Visitato velocemente perchè avevamo poco tempo a disposizione, ma con tutte le spiegazioni del caso. La consiglio!

Nous avons vécu une expérience formidable grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme de Giovanna, notre guide. Nous n'aurions pas pu prendre la mesure de tant de beauté sans l'expertise de Giovanna qui a rendu cette journée totalement inoubliable. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être accueillis et guidés par une véritable amie. Comme nous logions à Bari, nous avons pu modifier le programme afin de remplacer la visite du centre historique par une autre destination. Le contact avec l'agence et Giovanna se fait très facilement et elles sont toutes deux à l'écoute de nos souhaits.
Giovanna nous a également fourni de bonnes adresses pour la restauration et les centres d'intérêt dans la ville. Nous avons même pu la joindre le lendemain pour des renseignements sur la ville de Bari et elle nous a renseignés très rapidement et toujours aussi gentiment.
Nous recommandons vraiment cette excursion, mais aussi cette agence qui est très sérieuse et si vous avez la chance d'être accompagné par Giovanna dans votre périple, vous êtes assurés d'une journée inoubliable.
