Awful experience, guide was 10 minutes late after last minute change (1 hr prior) to meeting location which we were still on time for, the tour was less than 1 hr, it was supposed to be 1 hr 45, the communication devices had to be swapped multiple times, we paid for small group and the tour guide showed up late with a full small group to meet with our small group, leading to 16 people, I book a lot and have never had to file a complaint, I asked for a refund and it was denied, even though I paid significantly extra for a small group. Overall the tour was expensive and not at all what was represented.

This is a must see, but not an easy see in Barcelona. Our guide was excellent. He walked us past long lines, moved us to notable sections, shared knowledge of the structure and artists, answered all questions in detail. Excellent excursion.

Overall great experience other than the fact that Victor gave the wrong name for the mtg point. We eventually found our guide, Alex who was wonderful, fun, and super informative. A great way to see this masterwork!
