Expensive and not worth the time- don’t use Viator

It was very hot in Barcelona the day we took this tour. Viator offered a 9am entry ticket on Saturday. When we arrived 15 minutes early the park security informed us that the park doesn’t open until 9:30. We had to wait 45 minutes in the blazing heat to get into the park. There is very little shade at the entrance and inside the park itself. Inside the park there’s one general area that everyone assembles to which is around the lizard. Other than seeing that, the park has very little to offer despite the price to get inside. If it’s hot this is one activity I would skip, the lines, lack of shade and lack of things to see inside the park don’t make this activity worth the money. I would also not book with Viator again and will stick with get your guide because they got everything right for me and Viator did not.

Get there early and get dropped off at the top to work your way down. I only spent about and hour and that was plenty of time before all of the crowds descended. $45 through Viator seems like a crime.

Park was beautiful. I guess the perk of buying this experience would allow you to possibly get a full time slot? But when we were leaving we heard it was only 18 dollars for admission. So I feel like we maybe over paid? Giving 4 stars because at the end of the day, we got access to the park and enjoyed the day at the time we wanted to select.

Beautiful park, amazing views, lots of shade, great for kids, couple playgrounds there…but NO restaurants in the park, be aware! No need to pay $33, it didn’t allow us to skip a line or anything, NOR anybody checking the amount of time you spend in the park! Buy the basic price ticket!

Super easy and great experience booking through viator. After reviews I have to admit I was skeptical but everything was perfect. Originally I booked a park Güell ticket on the park Güell official website over a month in advance and that ticket was canceled. I scrambled and got a new ticket via viator just days before the trip and was able to get a time and get in! So great. Service was wonderful as well

Tour was booked hours in advance and confirmed. Tour agency never sent tickets and when arriving to tour after asking for the tickets, the tour group said there was a portal issue and they had to cancel the tour. Very poor communication.

I bought tickets for Parc Guell at Viator, who said they sent them via WhatsApp, but I didn't receive them. Since we didn't have to get into Parc Guell with the receipt I had - you had to use tickets with QR code, and there were sold out for tickets there, we tried to call Viator, American number and had to pay a portion of it with my phone company, but didn't get through to anyone. Can't recommend Viator to anyone!
