Nada más entrar me recibió una chica muy simpática y me acompañó a la mesa. Me atendieron súper bien y de una forma muy cercana. Además me explicaron un poco todo lo que iba a probar y me empezaron a traer los platos que incluía el menú, mientras me sirvieron una copa de cava para empezar. Después de los platos, me trajeron las raciones de embutidos y quesos, que estaban buenísimos y traía una cantidad considerable. Por último, me trajeron varios platos de diferentes tipos de jamón, fue increíble. Estaban buenísimos, pero lo mejor era la explicación que me hizo la camarera. Me explicó todas las diferencias entre ellos, la diferencia de tipo de cerdo, de curación, de alimentación, super completo. Y luego el sabor.... No tengo palabras, el tenerlos juntos y ver las diferencias y matices entre ellos es algo que no había hecho nunca. Un 10/10 por este sitio, que se ha encargado de hacer un producto genial para la gente local que puede disfrutar cualquier público.
