This is a VERY tricky location to get to and Viator does a terrible job explaining. If u try to take a subway and walk google maps takes u up HUGE hills and then to a part od park the won't let u thru to get to ticketing point. Just take a taxi. Viator never responded to my requests when I contacted your operator asking directions 15 min before tour. We missed our tour - walked for 40 min all uphill. We found a French tour that got us in and we scrambled to figure out what to see.

Hard to get a hold of them

Not very good as we don’t get to go on tour. The directions were not clear The park has many entrances very far apart and when attempting to contact tour guide on Viator they did not respond to my three attempts. The park won’t allow you to go with their tickets 😔 I couldn’t go inside the park They say they tried to call but I did not receive any calls. It’s strange they didn’t reply to my my messages on Viator

Hola Monica, Sentimos muchísimo que no haya podido realizar el tour. En su bono, en la web, en los recordatorios automáticos y en su WhatsApp (siempre que los numero que haya informado sean correctos) le ha llegado de forma automática la información. Antes de cada tour, para la gente que se despista, intentamos contactar para evitar que no lleguen. Este tour sale todos los días entre 5 y 10 veces en distintos idiomas y con distintos supplier. Todos nuestros clientes llevan la misma información y la mayoría de supplier salimos del mismo sitio y el resto de la gente llega correctamente o contacta con nosotros o responde a nuestras llamadas y hacen el tour. El park Guell con sus tiques le deja entrar, pero usted no tiene sus tiques, tiene un voucher de confirmación. Esto no sirve para entrar. El tique de las visitas guiadas es grupal, y no individual y necesita al guía para poder acceder con él. Sentimos muchisimo que no haya podido encontrar el meeting point.

Arriving early and having lunch outside the park at restaurant recommend by guide with red flag was relaxing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Group was over 30 and without headphones extremely hard to hear. 1 hr 15 min rushed the tour (too short).
