I bought the tickets online, but when I got to the ride, I found out that they sold their tickets that do not work so be aware

When I arrived and scanned the tickets sent to me by Viatar, they were not valid. I was able to purchase tickets directly @ ticketing counter but have been unable to get response from Viatar. I feel this is a scam, buyer beware!

We would like to clarify that the tickets provided were issued through our authorized booking system and are not fraudulent. Thousands of guests successfully use similar tickets for entry to the attraction. Unfortunately, based on the information available, we were not notified of any issue with the ticket before alternative tickets were purchased directly at the venue.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter difficulties at the entrance, especially when you had planned your visit in advance. However, admission procedures and ticket validation are ultimately managed by the attraction itself, and occasional issues may require verification with the venue staff.
We take all customer concerns seriously and strongly reject any suggestion of fraudulent activity. Our team remains available to review the matter further and investigate any supporting documentation you may be able to provide.

Booking a time slot was a waste of time. No real direction or help for best way to travel to the cable car. Fantastic view of the city but disappointed with overall experience

Definitely a rip off - just buy the tickets directly. Buying them here resulted in a 2x mark up. I do not recommend buying through this channel.

Fantastic views! Easy access and smooth ticketing. We went earlier in the day during the middle of the week and it was not crowded like much of the gothic quarter. A beautiful respite from all the bustle!

I almost skipped the Montjuic Cable Car, and I’m so glad I didn’t. The ride up to Montjuic feels calm and almost surreal as you float over the greenery. Perfect for photos and even better for just soaking in the scenery. A relaxing and memorable experience.

I never made it to the correct address, as it was wrong on the viator site. I contacted the company and wanted a refund . The address in the viator site is another cable car company . We decided to buy tickets on that cable car company because we had already spent money on an uber . I noticed that viator changed the address, because I sent a screen shot of the wrong address to the company through WhatsApp. This is the only way the company sends info . I was very disappointed because I had read many reviews about this same problem and thought that it had been fixed .. I was back in Barcelona 3 days later and asked if I could use my tickets then and never heard back from the company .. I want a refund for 2 tickets .

My SO took a 20 minute round-trip gondola ride for €30 was not worth it. It was advertised a as a one hour tour.If we’ve gone to the beginning of the gondola, we could’ve bought the ticket for much less. The local tour Operator never showed up and only told us the address of the beginning of the gondola via WhatsApp. We are also given two different points to pick up the gondola. One was by the tour operator the other was from Viator. It took us some time to get that sorted out.

Don’t use!!! They are very confusing, they give wrong directions, they don’t respond and are not helpful in any way. They’ll take your money and then offer you a discount if you book with them again. They’ll take are a joke. Stay clear

First, the map took me to a different cable car company on the other side of the bay. That was bad. I had no way to get to the correct location in time. This was a fail.

This was a great expect that my entire family enjoyed. This was our favorite moment from all of Barcelona and we were here for over a week. We loved seeing the skyline of Barcelona as this was truly a beautiful city. Seeing the large architecture and coast was great. We were able to get a high view and see the entire city which was quite unique. Me and my family have never done this before. We were grateful for the opportunity to stop multiple times along this journey. Being able to stop at the top with the cliffs and in the middle to see the harbor and coast was a huge benefit. This is what my family enjoyed a lot. This is something that I have never seen in another city before and my entire family enjoyed it frivolously.

This was a fun addition to our trip to Barcelona and gave us great views of the city and the beach. It is just a few steps away from a stop for the hop on hop off bus.

€62 for 10 mins of pure hell. Man on reception very very unhelpful. And you can get tickets on other sites for €10 each. Don’t bother just go get a jet ski instead

The directions to the starting location were completely inaccurate. It clearly stated on my receipt that the pick up spot was at the port. It was not- it was 15 minutes away. It cost me another taxi ride and the added stress that we were not going to make our booked time. Fix the problem!
