Don’t waste your money going through Viator, cost wide have been $17, deceptive advertising the audio isn’t explained AT ALL before you get in the cable car, ABs make sure you understand that the tour DOES NOT INCLUDE the castle tour which the advertising reflects pictures of. Just go there - you still need To stand in the long lines to convert your voucher which gets buried in emails to tickets for the cable car and the also s ticket for the Audio.

Not recommended. Viator overcharged me for this tour. They sold me a $17 ticket for over $41 as part of a group of four. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The ticket is only for the cable car, not entry to the Casa (fort), which requires an additional ticket upon arrival. The audio tour is pointless for a five-minute cable car ride—another waste of money.

As you can see on the website, the actual price per adult is €27.50, which includes €17 for the cable car ticket and the additional cost for our self-guided audio tour, featuring 11 stops and 44 stories about Barcelona’s most iconic views and the Montjuïc fortress.

Could not find the audio for this tour. Tried to contact tour operator without any resolution. They said they email the directions to get the audio part but I never received any instructions. Make sure you get those instructions before you pay. They are more concerned with payment. If you do not hear anything it is not that important.

This experience requires you to download an app and makes it very difficult if you buy multiple tickets. Each person has to download the app and then you have to call customer service to get the ticket sent to the individual. It was very clunky. All that for an audio recording that is not very informative. We all recommend that you just purchase the ticket at the entry for half the price of this "experience."

I would rate this 0 if I could. Wait to buy tickets at the location. I paid more than double buying through this app. I still needed to wait in line with everyone buying tickets to show the voucher that I purchased. Nice view but not worth the 10 minute ride up. I should have read the reviews before purchase.

While our tickets allow you to skip the ticket line, they unfortunately do not grant priority access to the entry line. The reason you paid extra is because of the audio tours included, which according to our system you didn't download. You can still download them or ask for a partial refund at support@cliomusetours.com.
If you had to wait at the ticket line, please ensure that you followed our instructions and downloaded the entry ticket instead of using the voucher. We hope you still enjoyed your trip despite the inconvenience at the venue.

Cable car ride is pretty good but did not expect a €12 entry fee to the castle. The tour guide is a very bored sounding monologue of various tourist stops in Barcelona.

Whilst the cable car experience was good the Viator experience wasn’t…pre purchase of tickets doesn’t NOT enable you to skip the line as you still need to get a physical ticket, the cost is more and the audio (I paid for 4) is a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and just get in the line for this one - you have to anyway!

Do not book this trip! You can buy tickets for half of this cost. You do not get to skip the line and this does not include the castle. Complete rip off.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my wife and I were excited to explore Montjuïc by cable car paired with an audio tour. Unfortunately, our experience was far from seamless.
Upon presenting the voucher at the ticket booth, we were informed that they only accept tickets with barcodes, even though the voucher explicitly said to exchange it for tickets there at the cable car ticket office. After two phone calls to ClioMuse's customer service and a total of nearly 20 minutes waiting, we finally received the correct tickets.
Thinking our issues were behind us, we boarded the cable car eager to follow the audio tour. However, ClioMuse's app proved to be far from user-friendly. Finding the Montjuïc Cable Car audio tour amidst an overwhelming, non-alphabetized list was a chore. To add insult to injury, the app then demanded $12.99 per person for the tour, even though we had pre-purchased it. Another call to ClioMuse was necessary to rectify this.
In a trip where every other excursion was seamless, ClioMuse disappointed at every turn. To add irony to this ordeal, we were sent an email today (a day late!) to download our e-tickets.
I've given two stars instead of one only because their customer service did eventually solve our issues, but having to call three times for a straightforward excursion is pretty disappointing.
I would urge travelers to think twice before opting for ClioMuse's services.

We enjoyed the self-guided cable car tour. It is a nice way to see the city of Madrid. Pretty views. It stops off at the top at a castle. You will need to purchase an additional ticket to tour the inside of the castle.
