I did not receive my tickets via email. I could not access them in the app even when clicking the “get your tickets” button. The venue staff were rude and unhelpful. I tried to call the customer service number and my call kept getting rejected.

Nice audio tour. Staff helpful. Very beautiful inside. Taped music played at intervals which was unexpected. I booked this tour as I had a little extra time and I am glad I did.

We weren’t given ear pieces to listen to the information about the theater. It was a waist of time and money. The theater is beautiful but not well organized for the self guided tour with audio.

Regrettably the closest train station was under construction in august. It took longer to get to on foot from a the main plaza. I would’ve like to eaten something at the beautiful cafe on site. The Palau de musica is a hidden jewel in Barcelona with its ornate stain glass, statues, and mosaics. I had a tour early in the morning so I cancelled my flamenco show of that evening at 9pm. It would’ve been amazing to watch in such a beautiful place.

Every square inch displays artistry and symbolism. Visiting Palau de Musica is definitely an experience worth spending precious time and money from your travel budget. It is an amazing structure with plenty of photo opps!

It just wasn't a whole lot to see here although the artitecture was beautiful. The staff was helpful. If you wanted to do this tour it would only take about an hour at the most not much more.

First, you should know this is an audio tour that you listen to from your phone. You download it with a code that is on your booking (four digits). There is no human involved. There is a person in the lobby and we just went up to them showing our ticket on our phone, near to the time our scheduled visit, they scanned it, and off you go up the stairs.
If you want to see the pictures the audio is referring to then you should have earbuds or headphones so you can look at them while listening to the recording. If you have your phone up to your ear obviously you can't see them at the same time. There is also a 360 degree picture on one of the stops with music playing in the background, so headphones/earbuds would be best for that.
Next, there is a great cafe there, that anyone can walk into off the street without tickets (also rest rooms). Also an outdoor area with tables/umbrellas outside the cafe. And the requisite gift shop, of course.
The Palau itself is beautiful. The balcony is amazing (best pics if there isn't a tour group filling it!) The music hall itself is stunning! We were only able to go up to the top level (the audio tour includes the lower level, but it was blocked off). You can sit and take pics while you listen to your audio guide description. It is truly worth the price of admission to see it. Bonus when we were there, there was a pianist on stage playing so you could get a feel for the remarkable unamplified acoustic.
We are very happy we did this and was able to see this architectural marvel!

An amazing concert facility unlike any other. Can't believe I never knew about this facility as I had visited Barcelona many times before. There is so much to see architectually. I was like a child in awe, the more i saw.

The tour is beautiful. The staff was a bit all over the place and were confusing. The audio didn't work well on my phone, so I ditched it. Worth it to see the gorgeous architecture, design and music!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful theater, I would have loved to see a show there. You should definitely try to do that.
as far as the guide. It was a little confusing. There was no earpiece so to hear the guide on your phone was hard.

We were goed in time at the entrance. Some people were already waiting to be helped for installing the audio guide on the mobile phone. Finally we also needed help, so we could enter 20 minutes later. Sometimes the application stopped. At the end we had to leave at 17:00 The real time we could spend on the visit was leds than 30 minutes. Disappointed we had to leave this extraordinary beautiful place.

This is a beautiful music hall. I would have preferred a personal guide that may have explained the design details in greater detail than what the Audioguide offered. This was a challenge for me.

watching a rehearsal is amazing, with lights on is a bonus, the croissant at the cafe was excellent. only problem is the ticket we booked online is confusing, the guards there could not speak english and could not help, and did not allow us in. finally after seeing the boss, we were allowed in. The exact appointment point was missing, dont know where to go and many other groups /tour guides around but could not see viator's ... lack of instuction.

Extremely beautiful concert auditorium with fantastic architecture rooted in music and theater history.
If you have a genuine interest in history and architecture, the self guided tour is great since you can do it at your own pace and take it all in.

This was an amazing self guided audio tour of the fabulous music hall designed by the man who taught Gaudi himself.
Informative yet casual as you took in the ambiance and art that surrounded you. We also got to hear the organ play!
Nicely decorated area to get a coffee on the first floor. Every staff member was helpful with any assistance you needed.
