Nothing. My air bnb initially sent the wrong address to where we were staying and that was the address we gave to as a pick up stop. Were were we’re called 6 minutes after the tour was supposed to start and then jumped into a cab to the correct stop. That took 30 minutes. Or so. By the time we got there we were informed the guide was angry about us being late and left. So we paid $217 for a tour we never had a a cab fare. The night before my wife was robbed of her phone ID and all her credit cards. Needless to say a bad introduction to Barcelona. I have contacted your company explaining this but I have not heard back from you except for the survey.! Not very good customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review, it saddens me to learn that you were not satisfied with our Barcelona private tour.
As we usually do, the pick-up address was communicated to you by email, and we contacted you half an hour before the tour. After some confusion about the addresses, a new meeting point was agreed, but you also arrived late, and according to the conditions of your agency you had already missed the tour as you had arrived more than an hour late and had to talk to your agency.

Our tour guide Jugo was very good. Extremely knowledgeable of Barcelona area. I would highly recommend him. He explained the history of Spain/Barcelona very well.

We loved hearing the legends & stories of the old city. From Roman, Medieval, Christian, Jewish through today... every step has history that provides our steps of today. Julia was a great guide!
Our guide Gabriela was spectacular and very knowledgeable of the many sights and history of Barcelona. Her great personality and sense of humor made for a very memorable and interesting day. She was very professional and amazingly talented in navigating the city while educating us about so much history and folklore as well as legends that provoke curiosity.
We loved our half day tour with Gabi. She made the history of old Barcelona interesting and understandable. The architecture was beyond words and we loved every minute of this tour.
Pleasant guide!
Covered a lot of sites and gave historical backgrounds, easy entries. We saw modern and ancient city.
Our guide, Jorge, was extremely knowledgeable about the various kinds of architecture that define the Eixample and Barri Gotic neighborhoods. He was able to point out details in many of the buildings by Gaudi and others that we would have missed had he not been with us. Additionally, he was a very patient Spanish teacher as we were also working on our Spanish speaking skills. We cannot say enough good things about him and the value we felt we received by taking this tour.

Jorge is our tour guide and really knowledgeable in the architectural side of Barcelona. He's very detailed oriented and lively in giving discussions. Thank God for positive vibes.
We had taken Viator's Sagrada Familia tour earlier in the day so rather than go back to our hotel, our walking tour guide met us at a local restaurant. Marc arrived on time and ready to begin our tour. It was a lovely day, perfect for strolling the streets of Barcelona. Marc was very knowledgeable about the history, culture, and architecture of the city. He never rushed us, and was more than willing to stop for photos and to answer any of our questions. Mid-way through the tour we stopped for a hot chocolate. It was nice to sit for a few minutes and just chat about life in Barcelona. At the end of the tour Marc helped us hail a taxi and made sure the driver knew where to take us.
We would recommend this tour if you have limited time in Barcelona and want a good overview of the city. We would also recommend you ask for Marc as he has a wonderful personality, speaks excellent English and loves his city.
