Auckland City Tours almost forgot to pick us up at our meeting point. It took 2 international phone calls to contact this tour company. They stated that where we were waiting at was not in their route. I told them that they were the ones who provided the address via email. We missed 30 min of the city tour since they have to pick us up close to the city tour route.

Paul, our driver was exceptionally knowledgeable about each destination, and also pointed out areas of interest along the way. Plenty of time for grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat. Recommend this tour, we are from the south island of New Zealand and found it a great way to get around the sights.

You do get to see a lot on this tour. If you are spending several days in Auckland, do this early and decide what places you want to go back to and spend more time. The tour guide was just ok, but might as well have been a recording as he did not answer any questions.

This was the perfect trip after a long flight from the UK and late arrival the day before. Great driver/host, lots of facts and information and a super way to see the city with just a small group of 18. Only 4 hours but fully packed including a great walk for a panoramic view/photo op. Of the whole city. Amazing.
