Your dinner cruise begins at Aucklandâs Viaduct Harbour, where an expert captain welcomes you aboard the 50-foot (15-meter) sailing yacht. After a safety briefing, set sail across the waters of Waitemata Harbour, gliding past waterfront highlights including Auckland Harbour Bridge, the Ferry Building and the iconic Sky TowerâNew Zealandâs tallest building.
Your captain points out the sights that you pass, such as the volcanic cone of Mt. Eden, which hovers on the outskirts of the city. Hear live commentary about the national pastime of sailing, including the hosting of the Americaâs Cup. If youâd like, you can assist the crew to hoist the sails or try your hand at steering the boat. Or simply enjoy the breeze and relax with a drink, purchased from the sailboatâs bar.
While you sail, take a seat in the dining room for a 3-course dinner. Afterward, savor the city views as Auckland illuminates in the evening light of dusk.

A perfect way to end our 6+ week holiday in NZ - a (past) sunset cruise of Auckland harbor!!! A gloriously clear night with such an array of stars (even with ambient light from Auckland). The crew was fantastic; the captain so informative and laid back - the food - appetizers were great; main course disappointed a little (lukewarm and a little dry). Once they hoisted the mainsail, there was enough breeze to really do some heeling tacks. Thanks all for a great (planned) last night in Auckland. Air New Zealand mucked up our departure plans - but definitely nothing to do with this 'adventure'!

The best thing I did! Wonderful, beautiful, and a lifetime experience you wonât forget! The food was great! Catered to dietary restrictions great. Beautiful scenery. The workers were all amazing and great to answer questions explain sailing and showed star constellations.

Wonderful and fun way to see the Auckland Harbour. The night we were out there were dozens of other sailboats and really gave us a feel for how Kiwis belief in working to live. Crew was awesome, food was good. It was a chilly night we were out and they provided blankets to stay warm. This was an experience we will rember for a long time to come.

The crew on the ship were great. It was a beautiful cruise. Really enjoyed the experience, particularly seeing so many colorful sailboats around us. Only negative is that some of the food was not very good. Chicken was fine, but fish and lamb were not very good.

The captain and crew make this an unforgettable experience. We were lucky to have a perfect evening for the sail and dinner. Being a sailor I appreciated the opportunity to sail the ship for part of the cruise. The food was from a local gourmet resturant, that added to the experience .
