Wonderful half day trip to historic Devonport!
Michael met us right on time at the pickup point. He accompanied us all through the tour on the short ferry ride to Devonport and up to Mount Victoria. The food stops were excellent consisting of steamed mussels, local fish and chips, and finally gelato! Michael is a very pleasant young man and made the tour very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this tour to Devonport!

Great tour while in cruise port
Our guide, Jeannine, did a good job of keeping the tour on time and providing interesting commentary, and the lunch was amazing! Our driver also provided interesting information about the Maori culture, and communication with the tour provider through Viator was prompt and clear. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent Wine Tour in Waiheke
This was a wonderful tour. My oldest child and I had the best time with Oliver as our guide. We really enjoyed seeing the beautiful sites he took us to around the island before the wine tasting began. He was very knowledgeable about each winery and gave us background on them which made the experience much more memorable. The small group also made the experience cozy and intimate. Highly recommend this tour!

A great day in New Zealand!
John was absolutely amazing! He was an extremely knowledgeable guide!! He had extensive knowledge of all of the wineries in the area. Our conversations with him were so informative. Do not hesitate to book an excursion with John! We had a fantastic day. Thank you John!

The most informative wine tour guide & fun tasting experience - book it!
BOOK THIS TOUR or at least a tour with THIS tour guide/company!!! It was such a blast, the day really flew by. The wineries were stunning and tasteful wines - curated tasting to our palates and a little outside of our "taste bud box" as well. We visited Soljans first. Denise was delightful sharing her knowledge and family history. Hearing of 5 generations and the family ties was heartwarming and I think, came through in the beauty of their wines & port. Oh the port! Yummy! I took a whole bottle home 🤭. I like the little gift shop as well - very reasonable priced. We then visited a black sand beach and could take enough photos of the birds (gannet). Followed by visiting Westbrook winery - with stunning scenery /vineyard. It was rainning so we sat inside which was pretty and cozy as well. Not to mention the step by step tasting session. Another lovely set of 5 wines & fabulous food menu (charcuterie, pizzas, & more). They even allowed us to try some grapes off the vine on our way out.
I've saved the best for last, if you've read this far.. rhe tour guide, John, has an astounding depth of wine knowledge! I can't even begin to tell his story - that is for him to tell, so I beg you to ask him because it is truly beyond fascinating! He could go deep into the science or worldly experiences or explain why certain notes appear in a wine due to the growing process. Not to mention he can explain things in simple terms too if needed 😊
I am beyond grateful to have taken this tour and highly recommend it, if you can!
Cheers & enjoy!!!

Auckland Visit Highlight
4 wineries visited along with other noteworthy areas of interest outside of Auckland showing us the beauty of the coastline and local birds. Wineries well chosen. Meredith (our guide) very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. She was always on time and went out of her way to make it a meaningful day. The day was so informative and fun. Skipping this would have been a mistake.

Foodie Heaven - My Favorite Food Walking Tour
My favorite food walking tour! I’ve always enjoyed these type of tours, especially when it’s unfamiliar territory. This was my fourth one - Little Havana in Miami, Dublin, and Singapore were the others - and while they were all great, this was some of the best food that I’ve had. I was completely blown away by the food scene in Auckland. I didn’t have a bad meal while I was there, but the tour was definitely eye opening. A variety of food along the five stops, and some very inventive cuisine that hits all the marks.
Plus I learned a lot about Auckland, which I knew nothing about. And Sarah, our guide was great. It felt more like an afternoon out with friends than a tour, and she really did a great job of sharing insights and the history of the city.

A Well-Planned Food & Culture Tour!
We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Tastebud Tour! It was such a treat to experience so many unique and unusual flavors, many of which we had never tried before, and we ended up loving all of them. Our guide, Laura, made the tour extra special—she was not only incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but also a confident and skilled driver, which made getting around effortless and comfortable. Her passion for food and the city truly shone through, and she gave us insider tips along the way. This tour is a must for anyone wanting to explore Auckland’s culinary scene in a fun and memorable way!

A great day trip- wish I had been there longer
From the lovely staff to the super clean boat, to the helpful friendly guides, a really good day out. The island is absolutely beautiful and the wildlife abundant. Neil, our guide was informative and friendly. My only suggestion would be to stay overnight if you can, because one day trip just isn’t long enough to see everything. A cracking spot and pretty good value for money. Oh and don’t forget your packed lunch :)

Wine and beach
The beach was something else to see in person, pictures don't show how awesome the view is. The lunch and wine sampling was top notch. John with his many years of doing tours was very knowledgeable and made things run smoothly but you felt never rushed.

Unforgettable experience to enjoy the “City of Sails’
The captain and crew make this an unforgettable experience. We were lucky to have a perfect evening for the sail and dinner. Being a sailor I appreciated the opportunity to sail the ship for part of the cruise. The food was from a local gourmet resturant, that added to the experience .
