Depending on an airport transfer, especially when traveling internationally, is extremely valuable. This company was not at the airport to pick us up, so we had to go hunting for a cab (long lines, etc). I will certainly find a different transfer for my return flight!

Dear Mr. Ken, I apologise for the inconvenience. As I explained earlier, I had a flat tire and sent you a picture of it. As soon as I realised I would not be able to make it on time, I arranged for another driver to come immediately, and he arrived 13 minutes later. I sincerely apologise for the delay. We always strive to be there 15 minutes early to account for unforeseen circumstances. I hope you will give us another chance , as we are always doing our best to serve you.
