One bad and one good experience in Athens Greece

On time, polite and friendly. This time is excellent. But the trip transfer from air port to hotel is disappointing, the driver did not show up at the Arrival Hall as previously advised. Unfortunately, I cannot find the contact of Viator in complaining about the incident, hope they can reach me out soon.

Smooth transfer

Great car ride, ship to acropolis...museum to ship.

Really, for a private transfer (into Athens, and back later)... the review is more about the driver, not Viator. But it was perfect, a quick pick up (&return)... was early and flexible on both trips, great conversations. The car (with AC) was new, and allowed us to maximize a pretty short window 6-7 hours minus 30+ minutes travel each way: enough to see acropolis/Parthenon, have a local restaurant lunch, and spend 2 hours at the museum. Yes,cwe had skip-line tickets in advance, purchased directly in advance.
