The driver was early, very nice, and had a big, clean car. I also accidentally left my phone in his car while I was exiting at the airport, and he quickly circled back around to bring it back. Highly recommend this company for transfers - we used them for all of our Athens transfers, and their honesty and kindness has made me a loyal customer!

Horrible company to deal with. No one showed up for pick up. They even confirmed my flight info the morning of the flight. Called the number that is in the reservation and was told my booking didn’t exist. Yet they took payment. Shady business.

Easy pick up and return

This transportation made it very easy to get from airport to hotel and back to the airport. When you are in a strange country and are unfamiliar with the area, I find arranging transportation ahead of time saves time and eliminates stress.

We booked return transportation from the airport in Athens to hotel and return. We were a family of 8 travelling together. We requested a baby car seat, when we were picked up at the airport, there was no car seat, fortunately we had brought one so we installed it to travel to the hotel. On the return, the driver came to our hotel at 9 am and did not call our room or message us to say he was there. I had requested a 9:30 am pick up. He left before we came down and would not return when we called the provider. we landed up taking three taxis to the airport and requesting a refund. This service is terrible, do not book with them they are no reliable.

There was no driver there to meet us at arrival, so I had to call him and wait for a little while. Due to quick changes because of the coronavirus, we had to leave Athens quickly with a tour group that was in our hotel. We were unable to call and cancel our return transfer to the hotel prior to the 24 hour deadline. I placed a call several hours prior to the originally planned pickup time hoping for a prorated refund, but was denied.
