Our driver George was very thoughtful. He contacted me to arrange curbside pickup since it was raining at the time of our arrival. He was friendly, spoke fluent English and brought our luggage into the hotel.

Poor customer service and extra fees

Company tried to charge extra outside of Viator for a minivan and this was not disclosed anywhere in the listing. Poor communication and customer service and do not recommend.

Thank you for your review. To clarify for future travelers: you asked us to cancel your reservation made through Viator and rebook directly on our website because it was cheaper. We explained that we cannot do this, as we respect Viator’s policies and the booking platform you chose. In addition, the reason for the price difference was because you requested a larger vehicle (a minivan instead of the sedan you originally booked). Each vehicle type has its own fare, so the adjustment was not an “extra charge” but simply the correct price for the service requested. We understand this may have caused frustration, but we always follow clear policies to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

0 stars! After booking, got an email the day before saying that because of a taxi strike I could get a full refund or pay another 30 euros. I was okay to pay if I could get confirmation that I would be picked up. I never got confirmation. I reached out to Viator and they couldn’t contact the driver either but gave me his direct phone number. I called several times but he never answered. I texted several times with no reply. I had zero confidence that he would show so I cancelled letting them know it was because I could not get a confirmation. And BTW, he was NOT waiting at the airport either. Viator is refusing a refund even though I provided documentation proving that they offered a full refund and screen shots of unanswered texts. This was the first time I used Viator and I was scammed. If they do the right thing, I will update my review. Otherwise I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have written proof. DO NOT USE THEM!

Good communication on What’s App, on time. Wish I’d been offered a bottle of water. Empty bottle from prior customer was in the cup holder. Otherwise was fine.
