We had done a more traditional boat tour earlier in the week in the larger, covered boat and this was 100% better. I really appreciated that I didn’t have to listen to an audio tour with earbuds and that we could interact with our guide, who was fantastic.

Best to pick another tour

Reservations were a huge pain. First we received a message cancelling our originally reserved trip. The message said we could select one of two alternate times, and we selected one. When we arrived at the designated place/time we were told that the trip was sold out. Also told that they could not find our reservations. The folks on sight were very nice but could not resolve the problem.
