Amazing Day we started...

Amazing Day we started with Ephesus and did the museum tour video very interesting. Saw carpet weaving and pottery making such craft and artistry truly lovely. I am very happy we choose this private option as the tours on the cruise ship are too large and impersonal. Had an absolutely wonderful day. Love Turkey will be back.

Everything was absolutely excellent! The food was delicious and generous, the show was beautiful, and the VIP lounge was very comfortable. Our table by the window was spectacular, with stunning views of the Bosphorus throughout the cruise. The service was outstanding, and the transportation from the hotel to the boat and back was excellent, smooth, and very well organized. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Great experience.

Very nice luxury car, courteous driver, and fast transfer to the hotel near Galata Cruise Port. Be sure to view video they send (and review it again before landing at airport), it is a big airport and that video really was helpful! Once you find the operator, he will check your name with is list and call the car which took about 10 minutes. They escort you to the car and you're on your way. Water bottles provided in the car.

Fantastic Food Tour

We had a food tour with Tuch, who was very informative, funny and gave us great insights into the wonderful Turkish food culture. Lots of delicious food included, things I would never have tried, a trip to Asia which we probably would have done and loved so much, we went back there the next day. It was a fantastic tour and I recommend doing it when you first arrive in Istanbul as I felt we ate so much better for the rest of our visit because of it.

Perfect tour of Old Town for a small group.

We had a private day tour of the Old Town. Kurt and our van arrived promptly to pick us up. We were a party of nine and the day loved along nicely. We started at the Hippodrome and then the Blue Mosque. Then a walk to the German Fountain and the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. We chose to not enter these two options. Some of us did the Basilica Cisterns, while others decided to take a break. It was nice that we had that option. Kurt took us to a nice Donor Kabab restaurant and the food was very good. We enjoyed our meal there. Then it was on to the spice market since the Grand Bazaar was not open on Sunday. Afterwards we had time for a Bosphorus River Cruise which was narrated and covered the European and Asian sides of the river. It was very nice. Kurt was an awesome guide. Very accommodating to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his tour. He even offered his help in any questions we had for the rest of our visit. I would highly recommend him for your visit.

Mustafa (Jack) was fantastic and one of the best guides I have had anywhere in the world! He was not only very informative about all the sites and their history but he also gave us a great insight into Turkish people and culture. We actually just enjoyed each others company as it was just like hanging out with an old friend - laughing and telling stories! Amazing experience, well executed!

The hot air balloon ride is one of a lifetime experience! And this company executed every detail perfectly! From the communication via WhatsApp one day prior the flight, to the pickup/drop off and the flight itself! The driver was friendly. The balloon crew was professional and nice. The pilot himself was very good and experienced. We had an amazing experience! Thank you! It’s recommended to take the first (sunrise) flight and to reserve it upfront, because it gets more expensive/sold out closer to the date, also make sure to reserve it on the first day of your stay, so if it gets canceled due to the weather you can do it one of the next days. Bring cash if you want the video footage. There is a snack bag for everyone and no time to eat it, but also you don’t need it much.

Unforgettable experience with Captains Izzet and Ibrahim!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Turquaz Balloons from start to finish. The service was seamless right from the beginning: the shuttle picked us up directly from our hotel and brought us to the launch site, where a light breakfast was waiting for us. Watching the crew set up and inflate the giant balloon was a treat in itself. Once we were helped into the basket, Captains Izzet and Ibrahim took us on a flight we will remember for a lifetime. The views over Cappadocia were incredible! A major highlight was when they expertly navigated down into the valley so we could get an up-close look at the Göreme Open Air Museum—ironically the one site we missed on our tour the previous day, so it was a fantastic surprise. Captains Izzet and Ibrahim were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and hilarious. They kept us fully informed on what they were doing, explained how hot air balloons operate, and educated us on all the landmarks below. After landing, they celebrated with cake, champagne, and orange juice for non-drinkers, followed by a medal and flight certificate ceremony. The shuttle then dropped us back at our hotel hassle-free. I couldn't recommend Turquaz Balloons and their fantastic pilots enough!
