Lee was a fantastic guide! Her native-level English, enthusiasm, and energy made the tour **fun** from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive and made sure everyone felt included and well looked after—from the younger kids and teens to those who weren’t drinking alcohol. We tried a great variety of traditional Korean food. Don’t expect Michelin-star dining—this is all about enjoying local food and a wonderful cultural experience. We also learned some fun Korean drinking games, and the more adventurous among us tried octopus that was still moving! A wonderful experience overall, made even better by Lee’s warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend - great tour with Misook and Hwany!

Our family of four (two adults, two kids) had the most amazing day with tour guide Misook and driver Hwany! We only had one day to explore Busan and Misook crafted the perfect tour for us, making sure we hit everything that we wanted to do from Gamcheon Cultural Village and Songdo Cable Car to a delicious bibimbap lunch and then Skyline Luge, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and Sky Capsule. Misook was so knowledgeable and answered our many questions and Hwany was an excellent driver and so sweet with our kids. We highly recommend a tour with them - the day was absolutely a highlight of our whole Korea trip.

Excellent and very informative tour. Highlights the lives of one people. Physically demanding but not a requirement to participate in all activities. A lot obviously depends on your guide. Crown Jewel tour experience!

The experience was deeper and more meaningful than any other viator tour. The tour guide, Sang had a breadth of knowledge and mastery of communication and storytelling skills with a dash of humor. The key to any successful guided tour is having the right guide and Tiger was the best tour guide we have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced, and professional. He is serious about his tour but has a good sense of humor. He made our DMZ tour experience wonderful. Wow what a day! Jake was so nice and had very good English! He took us all around Seoul. He was very patient and kind with my wife’s mobility challenges. We first did the Namsan cable car - which was fun and very accessible. Then we went to palace which was very interesting. I did the entire tour of it - my wife sat and waited for me and she enjoyed looking at all the people dressed in traditional costumes. Jake explained that many tourists rent the costumes and wear them to the palace for getting free admission!! We went to look at some 500 year old houses which are still occupied. Next we went to the Buddhist temple. We were lucky as it was the annual chrysanthemum festival and my wife adores flowers. Plus the entire place was accessible with ramps. This was the highlight of the day for my wife. We had a traditional Korean lunch at the Maple Tree House. Meat was grilled at the table and was served with many accompaniments. My wife had a vegetarian rice bowl. Jake wanted to take us to an antiques market but my wife was worn out so we went back to the hotel. We highly recommend this kind of private tour when there are mobility challenges involved. Our guide Jake was first rate!!!!
