Joo-Ee was a fabulous guide whose knowledge provided great insight into the history of Korea & the continuing conflict between North & South Korea. For such a serious topic she kept it light while being entertaining & engaging. Heads up it is an active tour (optional of course) The exploration of the Tunnel will require a good level of fitness & the same with the trek to the suspension bridge. All amazing but not for those with mobility issues.

Communication between travelers and driver was great. Immigration took an unusually long time and our driver was very patient and gave clear instructions on how to find her inside the terminal doors. Tiger was such a knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful guide. He gave us a wonderful history lesson with pictures to help us understand Korean history as it relates to the DMZ and the Korean Wars. Excellent DMZ tour with James!

Great experience on this tour! Everything was very well organized and ran right on time, and our guide, James, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making sure everyone had a good experience. The DMZ itself was fascinating and absolutely worth seeing. One tip for future travelers: don’t underestimate the physicality, particularly the walk through the Third Tunnel. It’s very doable, but there are some steep sections and a fair amount of walking, so take your time and wear comfortable shoes. Overall, a really memorable experience and I would absolutely recommend it!

It was a fantastic tour and Matthew our guide was brilliant and very entertaining. I never felt bored during the whole trip. He has a lot of knowledge about every aspect of life in Korea .
