First, a big shoutout to Dylan, the owner of the tour company, who arranged our day trips wonderfully. Travelling with kids—especially an infant—can be challenging, but everything was planned in a very comfortable and thoughtful manner. And a special mention to CK, our day-tour guide, who was absolutely fabulous! From the very beginning, he made sure we were comfortable at every stop and was incredibly patient with our kids and their occasional tantrums. 😄 CK has great knowledge of the city, and the whole experience felt less like travelling with a tour guide and more like exploring the city with someone we already knew. And if you have an Instagram checklist of photo spots—CK is your man! 📸 He knows all the best spots, will happily take you there, and is a pretty good photographer himself. Just one warning: keep plenty of extra space on your phone because CK clicks pictures like the KTX! 😂 By the end of the day, you’ll probably be scrolling through 100 photos trying to decide which one is the best. Jokes apart, CK genuinely made our day memorable. His patience, friendliness, and knowledge made travelling with kids so much easier. If you’re touring with CK, you’re going to have a great time. Highly recommended!

Skip the generic group tours and book this small group private evening experience immediately, although on my occasion it was a private tour! It is the most comfortable, beautifully paced way to see Busan’s iconic night skyline without any logistical stress. Busan Cinema Centre: Seeing the world's largest cantilever roof fully illuminated by thousands of shifting LED lights was the perfect grand finale. Suyeongman Bay Yacht Cruise: Cruising past the Marine City skyscrapers and under the glowing Gwangandaegyo Bridge with a live firework show right on the water was spectacular. Finish off with the Hwangnyeongsan Mountain: The private drive up to the 427-meter summit offers a jaw-dropping, 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city lights.

We enjoyed this trip so much that I’m reviewing it here and on Trip Advisor. Hyun was the man! He was the best tour guide we’ve had in Korea. He drove us to Gyeongju where we saw two temples and their majestic surroundings (including one in a beautiful Grotto overlooking Gyeongju). He then took us to the ancient village and gave us some amazing history. We stopped for a tasty lunch with Hyun which was 5/5 stars! Here’s the thing. Hyun didn’t just drive us around. He was friendly, engaging, and provided historical context. All in perfect, fluent English. He was very open to our suggestions. We ended the day at Younggasa Temple. Three temples in one day. Trust me, this is one tour you will cherish. Hyun is the best and we were so lucky to have him!
