Willow was excellent. She was so knowledgeable and kind and took us to the best experiences. This was our best tour so far. I highly recommend this tour. We loved the cable cars, the shrines, shopping and excellent authentic Korean lunch. None of the stops were tourist traps
Daisy was the beat! I had two places I wanted to see and she added on a few additional places to see. She was so great at taking a ton of pictures for us and gave us so much history as we drove. Daisy is so sweet and we are so lucky to have had her as our guide. Definitely the most memorable of our trip!!
What a incredible experience! We were taken care of by Mimi, an seasoned guide who was full of knowledge and a lot of fun to be with. She's also a foodie, so gave us some excellent recommendations and also introduced us to an outstanding restaurant in the Busan seafood market. Highly recommended!

Moon was an amazing tour guide! We booked last minute (literally early morning of), and the communication from both Moon and the agency was super prompt and accurate. We did not have a set itinerary in mind, but he knew how to fill the full 8-hour day for us by asking just a few questions on preference. 100% recommend!

This tour is extraordinary. We had Danny as our driver and there was nothing he wasn't prepared to do to make our day special. As a group of six, we were transported in luxurious comfort in his immaculate people mover, to enjoy the sights of Songdo beach and surrounds. We had a personally tailored tour, taking in the cable car, sky walk and the beach. Danny personallised the tour, to allow for shopping for special items for our granddaughters, even going so far as to consult his colleagues for the best place to go. We all said how much we enjoyed the tour with Danny and that he was the best tour guide we have ever had. He really made us feel welcome. So much so that my hubby and I are planning to visit Busan again for our 40th wedding anniversary in May next year. Thank you also to BK for his initial contacts and putting our arrangements in place. We had a blast 💖

Danny is so attentive. Made our visit to Busan so wonderful. He took us to a Korean Barbecue that was the best we ha e ever had.

She truly went above and beyond for us. Fiona even helped secure our Sky Capsule tickets and waited in line in the morning so we could enjoy the experience without the stress. That level of effort and thoughtfulness meant so much to our family.
We had such a wonderful day touring the temple, the skywalk, riding the Sky Capsule, enjoying a delicious lunch, doing a little shopping, and ending our day at Gamcheon Culture Village. Fiona made sure we were able to see everything we wanted to see in Busan without ever feeling rushed.
Taylor, our driver, was also extremely accommodating, patient, and kind. Both Fiona and Taylor were especially helpful with my husband’s walking difficulties and were so thoughtful and caring with our little one as well. Their kindness and willingness to help made the entire day so much easier and more enjoyable for our family.
You can really tell that they genuinely want their guests to be happy and have the best experience possible. Fiona and Taylor truly represent the warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the people of Busan.

I had an excellent day tour of Busan with Daisy. She was energetic, engaging and a wealth of knowledge. I really enjoyed learning more about the history of Korea and Busan’s role in it. It was also great to learn about Korean culture and family life. Having a private guide enabled me to see a lot of sites in Busan and Daisy not only transported me across the city but she was also a friendly companion throughout the day.
Jino was our tour operator. He was awesome giving us information about the history of Busan. He also took us to all the places we wanted to see. He took us to a wonderful place for lunch. A very delightful young man and very patient with our shopping in Busan. He should get a medal! Lastly, he took many photos of us on our tour. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.
We had a wonderful tour with your guide Young. He was very informative and helpful, not just during our tour but about other things we can do in Korea.
He was on time and helped us get through many attractions with ease. His car was comfortable and he was a great driver. His English skills were fantastic.
Some glitches in the beginning because our first destination had an issue with maintenance and instead of 9 they did
not open until 11 so we went to the second destination first and then came back for the first one. This may have slowed us down and did feel a bit rushed for the remainder. Not sure if this could have been avoided since the maintenance was last minute. Also in addition to the price for the tour, we had to pay for the entrance fees for some of the locations. This was clearly communicated so no surprise there. But
wanted to make sure people knew that the price is not all inclusive. Over all we really enjoyed this tour and it was a great way to see many places in a short time. And we highly recommend this tour and Young as our tour guide.
William our tour guide was excellent. Very punctual and Profesional . He picked us from the port right on time. The cruise stopped in Busan only from 8am to 3pm and he managed to take us to all the places that we have planned. Haedong temple and the Bamboo forest were spectacular. William was very knowledgeable, he has great communications skills and spoke perfect English. We were very lucky that he was our guide. We recommend him 100%.
A private tour is the way to go! Jina, our local tour guide was amazing! She was knowledgeable and so fun. We loved the one-in-one experience. Jina made the experience one of the best excursions of our 12 day cruise!
We had an amazing tour with Sang! He was great with our kids, 3 and 4, and very adaptable to going anywhere we wanted to go. We were able to do so much during our one port day in Busan, while still having an amazing time and learning a lot from Sang. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have kids! We can’t wait to come back and have another tour with Sang!
Having a private guide for the day was fantastic! Young was amazing and gave us plenty of time to see the sites. I have a knee injury, so it was very helpful to be able to take as much time as needed.
We were interested in seeing sights in the north and west sides of Busan. We requested a specific itinerary and BK was very helpful in making it happen. We were late to book tickets on the Sky Capsule, but he was able to get us tickets last minute. Young was our tour guide for the day and shared excellent information at all of the sites. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our family of 12 enjoyed a memorable day sightseeing in beautiful Busan with our tour guide, Linda. As our cruise ship was only docked for a limited number of hours at the port, she was flexible in changing the itinerary to accommodate our schedule. She was a wealth of information, gave in-depth overviews of the culture, the sights and personable…she connected with each member of our party, including our grandchildren! She recommended a wonderful fresh seafood restaurant as we wanted to try fresh octopus and crabs for lunch and helped us with our orders. It was the best seafood lunch we’ve had. Thank you Linda, for sharing your knowledge about Busan, for your kindness and generosity. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide!
Our English speaking guide (DK) was a fabulous resource for our customized half day tour. His knowledge of the sites we sought to visit, and the way he accommodated a short side detour to see some interesting modern architecture, really made the experience for us… and he as invaluable when we stopped at local-only street vendors for ordering assistance.
If we come back to Bussn, we’d make a whole day either DK. Great local dude!
Everything was perfect! From planning the itinerary with BK to the actual day of the tour with our guide William. We were right on schedule and we hit all the stops we wanted. Highly recommended!
It was a hot day, as expected at this time of year, so we had chosen this tour as it kept us mainly inside an air conditioned vehicle and this didn't disappoint. We had an amazing tour guide in CK who was flexible and understood that we wanted to go to Busan X The Sky, which we'd prebought tickets for (although only for the four of us, which was a concern when CK joined us, only to discover that tour guides dont need a ticket), and then we were happy to go wherever he suggested. After crossing the Diamond Bridge on our way to X the Sky, we had no other must do's, so CK suggested we visit the APEC Conference Centre in a very nice park further around the bay and this was ideal and a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend both the tour and CK in particular who was friendly and really engaged with us as a family.
We had a fabulous tour of Busan with our incredible tour guide Seb. Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly. Seb guided us through the highlights of the city and made sure we saw some hidden spots that offered a unique perspective. Seb is very knowledgeable and offered anecdotes and commentary that only a local guide can provide. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan.

We came to Busan for one day on a cruise and knew we didn’t want to spend our limited time trying to figure out the city on our own. We decided to book a private tour after seeing it recommended by a previous cruiser on YouTube—and somehow, we ended up with the exact same guide they had featured in their video: Sang!
We could not have asked for a better guide.
Sang was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and clearly knew Busan inside and out. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted to see, then adapted the itinerary around our interests. Since we only had one day, that made a huge difference. We saw all the different sides of Busan we were hoping to experience without ever feeling rushed.
He also gave us a fantastic history lesson along the way. As we passed different places, he explained Korea’s history, how it shaped Busan, and how it connects to local traditions and life today. He somehow managed to answer every random question we threw at him!
And then there was lunch. Sang introduced us to several Korean dishes that were unique to the area, and we introduced him to Dr Pepper because we’re from Texas. 😂 We were actually thrilled when he decided to join us for lunch instead of leaving us on our own. It turned into one of the most adventurous dining experiences we’ve ever had—and definitely one we’ll never forget.
His van was clean, spacious, safe, and—most importantly in August—very air-conditioned. He also seemed to have an “in” with the locals, because we rarely had to wait in lines for food or other stops. That saved us a ton of time and let us experience places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own.
One of our favorite surprises was an incredible walkway along the beach that I never would have thought to visit. Sang knew all the best spots and made sure we experienced more than just the typical tourist stops.
By the end of the day, it honestly felt less like we were being taken on a tour and more like we were spending the day with a friend who happened to know everything about Busan.
If you’re visiting Busan—even if you only have one day from a cruise—I highly recommend booking a private tour with Sang. We would absolutely do this again, and if we ever come back to the area, we’d hire him for the whole week!

A great tour with an excellent guide. DK was friendly, knowledgable and always considerate of all our family members needs. Communication before the tour was easy and we were given great advise on how to maximise time / benefit. The itinerary was fully customised to our preferred sights. Choosing this tour allowed us to really get the most out of Busan visit. The company also managed to secure us Sky Capsule tickets which normally sell out in minutes. I would highly recommend this tour!
Our tour guide Jino was amazing! He was very patient, and knowledgeable, and took us to the sites we requested and more! We didn’t book the sky capsule tickets in advance, but Jino made sure that we went to the less busy station first thing in the morning, and we got lucky with last minute tickets! He never rushed us at any of the sites, and made excellent recommendations for lunch based on what we were interested in. He was a pleasure to spend the day with!
Excellent experience. BK (our guide) spoke excellent English and had a lot of information to put the various attractions we visited into historical context. He was able to adapt our schedule to accommodate changing circumstances and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the sites we visited.
Over all an excellent experience and one I can recommend whole-heartedly.
