Katrina is funny patient engaging thorough nice. Tour in late December, cold and windy. 1 hour in both Huinnyeoul (more than enough time here) and Gamcheon. Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk is 25 minutes (should be 10 min). Recommend tour because these places are a bit long to travel to via metro and bus, so it's nice to have this service.

Depending on the tour operator you end up with, the experience can be varied. The one day Busan tour was good. The last culture village can easily be skipped. Our guide managed the group the best she could, but we didn’t once leave a location on time. There was a group of three, 2 out of the three were late to the bus and by 10 min after designated departure time, the third out of the group hadn’t returned to the bus yet. The tour guide asked the 2 to leave the bus as they tried to stall and told them to meet the bus at the next stop by taxi. I appreciated the tour guide keeping us on time. I had booked a tour in English, this ended up in Japanese AND English. The Japanese tourists were lovely, but felt that our English tour was a bit compromised in level of explanation and connection. Busan is very busy and touristy. Be prepared for that.

Nice Tour to some Highlights of Busan. Our guide Naon was super nice! She took good care of us. There was enough time to explore the sights on our own and it definitely makes sense to get a tour to avoid long times on public transportation in between the sights.

A very well organized trip. Katrina shared a lot of details before and after every experience. Including food suggestions and short cuts to avoid climbing stairs. She was very enthusiastic and peppy throughout. Highly recommended trip.

I had the pleasure of having Nawon as our English speaking guide today.
I found Nawon to be fun and bubbly, but very knowledgeable and gave the right amount of information and free time for the destinations on the tour.
I really enjoyed the Sky Capsules at Cheongsapo, and how picturesque Gamcheon Village is, but all locations were very interesting and this tour was a great way to see a lot of Busan in a day.

The trip overall was fine, not good, not bad. It was good going to different locations that we would not have seen without the tour, however the information given and the ability to explore was limited. Our tour guide was really nice, but we didn’t really do anything with the tour guide. It felt more like transportation to different places, and not like a tour. Lunch is not provided, but there was no warning that lunch would be basically only seafood, and as we had people with food restrictions we weren’t able to eat at the recommended restaurants. The tour group was really big and felt pretty over whelming. Overall, it’s an okay tour and I don’t regret going, but it did feel frustrating how little we did.

Fun tour! Our guide Kayla Kim was great. My only critique really, was the lunch stop. The seafood restaurant my family just flat out did not like at all. I don’t know if that just typical Busan seafood or what but we’re just not fans. Other than that the tour was great.

The tour guide Eric was very informative and friendly. He explained the history and commentary on sightings with local knowledge. He was very helpful regarding lunch options other than seafood.
This tour was excellent and worth it for our family with older (15+years) children as we had one day visiting Busan travelling via KTX train from Seoul.

Fun experience with knowledgeable billingual guides - Kayla Kim (Korean/English) & Sherrie (Mandarin/Korean) were awesome. Also great communication from/with Kayla before & during the tour. Like all guided tours, there's never enough time in each spot but they were generous with the alloted time. Bus was comfortable. Would go again so I'd recommend it to others.

This is a whirlwind tour of some of Busan’s “highlights”. It seems to be designed mainly for generating social media content, as every place had long lines for the photo stops. The information we were given from the guide focussed on where and how to take the best photos and not on the history or cultural significance of any of the sites. We were taken to a restaurant for lunch which was average and really overpriced.

The driver and guide were punctual, and the itinerary included a great selection of places to visit. A super fun day! We saw all of the truly unmissable things in Busan - the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is remarkable. There is a sign above the arch that says "Welcome to the most beautiful temple in Korea", and I have to say, it is certainly the most beautiful temple I've seen! The sky walk was fun, and fresh seafood lunch was delicious. Don't miss out on the Sky Capsules - they are so cool! Both Culture Villages were very interesting - not at all what I was expecting, but very interesting.
Our guide, Naon, was fantastic - she did a great job herding us from one spot to the next, and did a great job when a young couple caused a little tour bus drama by switching seats. She got everyone re-organized, and every one seemed satisfied.

I liked the temple the best! Second was Gamcheon Village then Sky Capsules. I could do without the Skywalker and the other village. I needed more time in the Gamcheon Village and temple. The guideJun was good and gave interesting information on Buddhism.

Jun was a very cheerful and knowledgeable tour guide and took excellent care of our group. She checked in with everyone the day before and send us pics after the tour ended. I highly recommend to ask for her. As to the tour, there’s lots of time spent on the bus. Over lunch there’s plenty of time to walk around and take something to eat to the lighthouse or the beach to enjoy it there if you prefer fresh air to a restaurant. Afterwards, instead of taking the capsule or train, follow the path along the beach to the next meeting point. Overall the tour attractions are touristy spots, so brace yourself for lots of people.
