We did so much in 7 days and made not just friends but close family. Mark was amazing with taking care of all of us. He made the trip so much fun. I meet a few people who I still keep in touch. Definitely a must tour to experience Korea.

When I commenced the tour, I learned that there were two options - one for all meals and higher class hotels, and one for no meals and average hotels. Some of us on the tour wished we would have known about the second option as there wasn't much time at hotels and many of the meals were not worth it. For those that enjoy everything taken care of and do not want free time, the first option would be good for them. For those of us who would like a bit of free time and choices, and do not need the added luxury in a hotel, the second choice is best (if you can find it on a third party platform or if Viator would offer it in the future). In addition, one couple paid as much as I did as a solo traveler for the lower option. I encourage anyone interested in an option to go directly to the tour provider's site or Trip Radar to not be disappointed like we were... The tour itself covered a great array of South Korea, which was nice. Our tour guide was extremely enthusiastic - He kept to his schedule and loved sharing information. However, he wasn't interested in listening to us or going beyond like placing the info in a text as we didn't always understand (due to our hearing issues) what he said verbally. He didn't appear to have training regarding adult learning theory either. Overall, activities were diverse - every day there was something different which was nice! Meals and hotels were okay - some good, some not so good. Our bus driver was good. The maintenance of the bus wasn't as good. The battery blew at one point (which they resolved quickly). The bus wasn't cleaned like other tours around the world where they wash them daily. Hence, the windows were a bit dirty and it didn't appear that the top shelves or under the seats were cleaned in a very long time. Nonetheless, South Korea is an absolutely beautiful country with lovely people, one that I highly recommend to visit!

Amazing! Overall, the tour was organized very well. The activities were great and the variety catered to different interests, including those that focused on culture, nature, and history. The included meals at the restaurants were all fantastic! Many dishes were regional specialties, not only allowing one to try the local food, but also allowing one to learn about the local culture through direct experience. My partner has food restrictions and it was never a problem as the tour guide always arranged accommodation. Speaking of the guide, Mark is awesome and it clearly shows that he loves what he does! He was very insightful and responsive. Additionally, he went above and beyond many times to make sure everyone in the group felt welcome and cared for. Our driver Mr. Kim is also awesome! He made sure the group traveled safely and timely from start to finish! Thank you Hana Tour ITC for a wonderful trip!

Before this tour I always organised my own itineraries and bookings. Not a joiner. But so glad I decided to do this tour. It enabled me to see really special places I didn't even know existed. The days were full but I just coasted along under the very capable guidance of Jay. Our group of 15 were great travel buddies. The very reasonable price included 3 meals a day , top class accommodation and admission fees to all the sites along the way. It was an educational and fun experience . Our guide Jay is so passionate about his country we learned a lot about Korea past and present. If you can have him as a guide it is the icing on the cake. Well organised, great value. I highly recommend it.
