We had a 6 1/2 hr private tour of Busan for 6 with pickup at Luminera that far exceeded our expectations. Alan was a great knowledgeable guide that kept us engaged the whole day and worked with us on picking sites to see and recommended a Korean restaurant that we all enjoyed.

Our guide Brian was quite good and got us around everywhere that the tour promised. Honestly, we thought Busan was a pretty dull city, but Brian had lots of information and perspective, as he has traveled in Europe and in the US. His English vocabulary is fabulous and he was generally understandable, though there were a few rough moments. It was our first day on our first visit to Korea, and he shared a lot of general information that will certainly be helpful to us over the next week while we are in the country. Thank you Brian.

We joined another party of 4 for this private van excursion. Baek was an excellent guide and took us safely and smoothly to the main sights of Busan. Just a pity about the sea-fog rolling in at one of the view points, but all part of the experience! We saw much more, in greater comfort and with our own personal guide than an equivalent ships tour, and at a much lower cost, too. Highly recommended.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfort and efficiency of our small group van tour with Baek. While the sea fog briefly obscured the view at one stop, we love your positive perspective on embracing it as part of the unique coastal experience. It is wonderful to know that you felt well-cared for, traveled safely, and got far better value than the standard cruise excursions. We truly appreciate your warm recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Busan on a clear day in the future!

Our tour guide is Alan, he is friendly, fun and flexible. Great personality. We have a short stopover at the port, we managed to cover all the tourist attractions on the pre-set itinerary and be back to the port on time. Moreover, he took us to try the popular pork soup and local sweet potato pancakes as well. He is on time and helpful. Contacted me the night before to ensure we will not miss each other after disembarked from the ship. Additionally, the company that organized the tour, is professional and experienced with great communication. They provide us with extra info such as bring some local currency (street food vendor don’t take credit card) start time and etc. The tour is small group only 6 people which is a plus too. Highly recommend.

The driver, Roy, was very accommodating to customize our tour according to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the city and navigated thru the streets well.
He was helpful to one the members in our group who was in a wheelchair. He visited all the sites we wanted and return us back to the ship with plenty of time to spare.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Hi Harry,
Thank you so much for this heart-warming review! Reading your comment truly made our day, and we've already shared your kind words with Roy. He has a huge smile on his face!
Roy was so happy to travel with your group. For us, the most important thing is ensuring that everyone—including your family member in the wheelchair—feels safe, comfortable, and fully included in the journey. Roy mentioned how much he enjoyed customizing the route for you and making sure you could all experience the best of Busan without any stress.

Excellent tour with Jenny. There were three couples from our cruise ship the Crystal Symphony. Pick up was right on time. We were warned that the immigration at Busan port would take a while. But it was very fast. Jenny took us on a tour that included a Buddhist temple, the UN cemetery, swinging the bridge. Then a delicious Korean barbecue lunch, which was on our own tab. But the price was reasonable for two people, including one beer at 36 US. Then we proceeded to go to a culture village that was interesting and part of the tour. We arrived back at the ship in plenty of time for departure at 6:30. I highly recommend this tour and if Jenny is your driver, she communicates very well in English. You won’t be disappointed.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Dear HARRIS,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and wonderful review! I am absolutely delighted to hear that you and the other couples from the Crystal Symphony had an excellent time exploring Busan with Jenny.
It’s great to know everything went smoothly, from the quick port immigration to the Korean barbecue lunch and the cultural sights. Jenny always strives to communicate clearly and take good care of our guests, and she will be so happy to hear your high praise! We always want our cruise guests to explore with peace of mind and return to the ship right on time.
Thank you again for highly recommending us. We hope to welcome you back to Busan for another beautiful journey in the future!
Warm regards,
Dylan
