Exceptional Experience

My family had an absolutely amazing time on our tour with Ephesus Port Tours from Kusadasi, all thanks to our incredible guide, Hakan! From start to finish, Hakan went completely above and beyond to make our day seamless and stress-free. He expertly adjusted our itinerary on the fly, allowing us to beat the heaviest crowds at all the major historical sites. Sema was our private guide and was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and her familiarity with everything Istanbul provided a lot of flexibility with logistics and adjusting our schedules. Meeting at the cruise terminal was simple and taking the tram to the Old Town was easy and efficient. Sema made it happen easily. Having a private guide gave us the chance to adapt the day’s schedule based on mosque opening times which Sema was aware of. She was also very flexible when we wanted to spend longer at the Topkapi Palace. Her knowledge and experience really enhanced our day. I would highly recommend this tour and Sema as a guide.

Excellent Transportation Service

We used SAW travel for the Arirport transfer from the Istanbul airport to a hotel in Taksim and for the return airport transfer. For both transfers, the manager Deniz was very helpful and kept in constant touch by WhatsApp throughout the transfers to make sure both our rides were comfortable and without any issues. On both rides, we had the same wonderful driver, Sabri, who kept us entertained and also provided some meaningful information on Istanbul and its history. A wonderful tour and would highly recommend to friends traveling to Istanbul! Mostly on the Asia side (which I preferred) and we did not go hungry! The food was amazing and kept coming - worth every penny! I even have a Gluten allergy and our guide Kaan was so accommodating and found me substitute food so I never felt like I missed out. Beautiful and historic Istanbul sites

We only had one day in Istanbul and this tour covered some amazing highlights. Our tour guide, Cem, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited: the German Fountain, Hippodrome of Constantinople, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, and Theodosius Cistern. His English was excellent and he took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent tour! Our guide, Emre, was very knowledgeable about the history of Istanbul and the sites on the tour. Moving between the three sites was seamless with our guide. The Blue Mosque was definitely the highlight for us, but all three sites were beautiful and interesting. Highly recommend this tour!

A dream come true

Our pilot BEKIR gave us an unforgettable experience. The flight lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, when it usually lasts between 45 min and an hour. Flying in a hot air balloon is something that cannot be described. The pilot was truly kind, friendly, and explained some features of the valley we flew over to us. I recommend Nazar Ballon; at the end of the flight, we had a toast and they gave us our flight certificate. It was a dream come true.

Amazing experience, well executed!

The hot air balloon ride is one of a lifetime experience! And this company executed every detail perfectly! From the communication via WhatsApp one day prior the flight, to the pickup/drop off and the flight itself! The driver was friendly. The balloon crew was professional and nice. The pilot himself was very good and experienced. We had an amazing experience! Thank you! It’s recommended to take the first (sunrise) flight and to reserve it upfront, because it gets more expensive/sold out closer to the date, also make sure to reserve it on the first day of your stay, so if it gets canceled due to the weather you can do it one of the next days. Bring cash if you want the video footage. There is a snack bag for everyone and no time to eat it, but also you don’t need it much.
