Do not miss this tour! Best tour in Rome!
Hands down one of the best tours that we did in Rome. You will be biking 15 miles but with e bikes with pedal assist it’s a breeze! Sylvia was a great guide and made sure safety was first and foremost. We saw the catacombs, aquadects, beautiful scenery that you wouldn’t otherwise see on a regular guided tour. Group was small. Highly recommend!

Highlight of trip to Rome
I traveled to Rome in April on a group bus tour. We visited the Appian Way and catacombs one morning, all slowly shuffling out of the bus and walking a short distance up the road as the tour guide droned, and I noticed people zipping by us on e-bikes off into the distance and said to myself, “I want to do that!” I split from the group the next day and took this tour and it was the highlight of my trip to Rome. The weather was beautiful, and the ride along part of the Appian Way and through the countryside was spectacular—I couldn’t stop smiling. Our guide was great, and made sure the slowpokes in the back (me) kept up with the group. Some of the narrow/bumpy parts of the path were a bit challenging, but I’m 67 and I made it all the way. Highly recommend, this was a day I won’t forget.

Great time on e-bike tour!
Our family did a private tour with Alessandro on the Appia Antica (Appian Way). We had a great time!! Alessandro was informative and rode at a great pace for our family. He stopped in shaded areas to give us information and stopped in areas where we could refill our water (we went in June so it was hot). He was very engaging and even took many family pictures for us. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Rome! It was one of our top highlights!

Amazing!
This was an amazing tour! I loved getting out in the country and seeing a different side of Italy. Alex was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind and funny. The e-bike made it easy to ride. You do have to be able to pedal for about 14 miles, but the motor will assist you. If you want to learn some interesting history, enjoy the countryside and not have to walk 20,000 steps, you should definitely do this!

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Don’t let the crowds keep you from seeing all of the city’s top spots. Head out on a Rome e-bike tour with a local guide, zipping along the Appian Way or the Villa Borghese, or through neighborhoods not typically visited by tourists. There’s a wide variety of e-bike tours available, ranging from nighttime rides to see the city from the top of the Capitoline Hill to trips into the Roman countryside, along ancient aqueducts. With the ease of an e-bike, you’ll be able to cover more ground with less effort—one of the best ways to experience the Eternal City.
