Reliving München 35 years later.

This was a great tour. All food choices covered the uniqueness of the München area. This was a busy time as it was Oktoberfest. We did feel a bit rushed and then had a lot of down time at the Marienplatz Glockenspiel. Enjoyed learning about the Glockenspiel and some of the different foods. Even though our tour guide was running late, Viator kept us informed and then ended up sending another guide to us.

Faizan was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and timely. He knew every trick in the book. He knew where to get the best pictures, the most economical souvenirs and the best views. The bus was very luxurious. The driver was very good, I felt safe at all times.They had drinks and snacks on board. The group size was not overwhelming, making it easy, to get to know other passengers on the trip. Overall, it was an amazing time.

There is not enough stars to tell you how good this tour is. If you’re going to Neuschwanstein this is the only way to go and I hope you get Dimitri as your guide because he is the best. The snacks are so helpful, beneficial and necessary. They take such good care of you. Worth every penny!

Unforgettable Oktoberfest Bucket List Experience

Not cheap but worth it! We had limited time in Munich and wanted a guaranteed spot in a big tent in the evening. Worked out perfectly. Fabio and Matteo were great hosts. Met them by the Lowenbrau Haus tent. Quickly got in to our table and then had a great time for the next 3+ hours. The singing, crowd and party atmosphere were crazy, chaotic, and amazing. The 4 of us had a fantastic evening - we got our money’s worth and experienced Oktoberfest to the fullest with several thousand other people. Going on the last day (Sunday) was a little hectic but that worked best in our schedule. I’d definitely recommend this tour as long as you’re willing to fight the crowds a little and want to drink some beer, have some chicken and are willing to pay/tip cash for everything (after your voucher).

We had a great day exploring Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Daisy was a great guide, very helpful, informative and patient. I learned a lot from her. The castles of course are beautiful and don’t miss the views from the bridge, even if there are a lot of people. Would recommend if you don’t want the stress of figuring out the trains and such.

A Tour Worth Taking

Sarah showed around the city of Munich and got all the highlights from the beginning or rose of the Nazi Party. She was quite knowledgeable and interesting, especially considering the emotional heaviness of the topic. As a sociologist, I appreciated Sarah attention to the explanation of how Hitler came to power because of the circumstances surrounding Germany at the time, and how certain aspects of our current political state seem to mimic those of Nazi times.

Lots to see!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and knew the city well! We were given ample time to explore on our own after the guided tour but unfortunately we opted for a sit down restaurant for lunch and the service was very slow so we wasted more than an hour there! This city is very large and much to see.
