We will depart from Bari at 08:30 for a day exploring three jewels of the Valle d’Itria. Polignano a Mare is a coastal town famous for its cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The historic center, with its narrow streets, arches, and flower-filled balconies, overlooks beaches like Lama Monachile. We will stop here for 2 hours. Ostuni, the “White City,” stands on a hill with spectacular views, and its historic center is a labyrinth of narrow streets where houses whitewashed with “lime” create a unique atmosphere. With our catamaran we will carry out a three and a half hour tour to discover the coast of Polignano. Starting from the Port of Polignano our tour will continue towards Lama Monachile, place of celebration of Red Bull Cliff Diving and postcard of the city of Polignano. Must do trip in Polignano a Mare

The coastline of Polignano a Mare is full of caves. It is magnificent. This cruise left from the harbour a few kms out of town and traveled along the coast going right in to lots of the caves. The captain was a very skilled driver who navigated the boat in to tight spaces. We loved the outing. We were unfortunate that the weather was cloudy and a bit cold on the day of our trip so we did not swim. But on a beautiful sunny day, the swim stop would have been incredible. I think this is a must do activity whilst in Polignano a Mare. The caves are not claustrophobic if you are worried (as I was)

Excellent way to see Puglia-book it!

Gabriel (Gabry) was and excellent tour guide a driver. He customized the trip to include everything we wanted to see. He is a native Apulian and has extensive knowledge of the entire area and its history. So much better than big tours because we got to spend how much time we wanted in each place.

Lorena was the absolute best! She was knowledgeable about aspects of the city and the amount (and taste) of the food we got was incredible. You definitely get your money’s worth as you didn’t have to pay extra once you got to the food stops. She also took us a few places that weren’t planned on the tour as well! I can’t say enough lovely things about her and the tour!

It is a great introduction to the old town of Bari. Our guide, Alessia was knowledgeable about the food, history and culture of the area. Perfect tour to get the chance to visit these 2 amazing places in Italy. Optimal time spent in the bus to maximise the time for the actual visiting. They have a great system of sharing a Google Maps route with saved stops for each of Alberobello and Matera. Worked like a charm for us.

Best excursion of our trip!

This was the highlight of our cruise trip around the Adriatic. Frederica was so lovely and helpful and Merica (sorry for spelling!) was so good at demonstrating to us. Because we were off-season, we ended up just being the two of us in the kitchen and after a few minutes it felt like being home around the kitchen table, swapping stories and learning about Bari and traditions of the area while making orecchetti and eating the focaccia straight from the oven. The little kitchen is intimate, and we handled all the ingredients, had all our questions answered, and learned so much about the food of this region. The food and wine we ate and drank was incredible and we left so full and happy. I am so glad we booked it.

It was such a beautiful...

It was such a beautiful experience, self guided when in the little towns which we loved however only wish we started with Alberobello rather than doing that last because we were too tired to properly explore (but that’s a personal opinion and does not reflect negatively on the tour itself)

Amazing boat tour!

This was incredible, great spots, beautiful scenery, knowledgeable tour guide. Amazing value for money - there was 9 of us! Little bumpy as quite windy on this day but didn’t ruin the day - great swimming spot. Can bring extra wine if you would like too. Good vibes all round!
