Great local secrets. Take this tour!
Great experience with a local tour guide. Nicholas was great. He fed us very well We learned how to find the best gelato. It is a lot of walking over uneven stone surfaces but mostly flat. We we delayed in meeting up with the group as we couldn’t find the meeting point. Taxi dropped us at wrong location but caught up. Highly recommend

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience in a small group learning how to make focaccia & pasta the authentic Bari way. Although the cook couldn't speak English her neice interpreted & between them they were a great team & made it fun. Food was yummy & we left with full, happy bellies!

Amazing pasta +. tiramisu class!
This pasta and tiramisu class was amazing! The chef as well as our guide were so great, and made the class enjoyable for everybody. They were very accommodating, and made sure everyone was on the same page while making the food. The pasta tasted great, and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! They also give the recipe at the end of the class, so that you are able to attempt to make it yourself. The class itself lasted about 3 hours, and we had a group of 15 total. I would definitely recommend this class!

The Best Boat Tour you Could Ask For!
My mom and I were very excited to stay in the Puglia region on our vacation to Italy. The thing we wanted to do most was go on a boat tour of Polignano a Mare. We came across this tour and I knew it was the perfect one to book. Once you get to the pier, you will see all of the boats pulling up to the dock. Once we spotted Nico’s boat he helped everyone on. There were about 10 people on our boat tour. Nico was very informative and he was so kind to everyone. He took us to see the coolest caves and to the best swimming spot. After everyone swam, we were offered to have an Aperol spritz and some tarallini snacks. One of the best parts of all was his homemade tiramisu. It was so delicious! We even learned that his boat was named Carmy, after someone special in his life. Everyone on the boat was so kind and it was amazing to meet people from all over the world. I 100% recommend this tour with Nico, you will not regret it!
