Our plane was delayed. We contacted the company, they said no problem and not to worry, they were tracking the flight. When we finally arrived, the driver was there, greeted us, and transported us to our hotel. Everything went smoothly.

I booked a sedan, got a small SUV. It felt more like an UBER ride (which might have been better) than a private transfer. Had to ask for the driver to turn on the AC. Very aggressive driving and he was on the phone most of the time talking to what seemed personal calls. It was not a pleasant experience. I also felt like I overpaid for this.

The experience was excellent. The driver was kind, patient and very helpful. He was there way before I got to the airport exit and sent me a message with a picture so I knew how to find him. He took most of my family’s luggage and when I struggled with one piece, he took that too. He gave us water for the journey and even had a good attitude when we realized we booked transport to the wrong hotel. He took us to the new one which was further with no issue. If I could use this company for my travel the whole time I’m in Italy, I would.

The airport in Rome was a total nightmare!! We were told that a new system was installed to identify those entering the country. Facial recognition, fingerprinting, passport scanning. Thousands of people crammed in the airport. Thankfully our driver waited for us!! We were 2 hours past our pickup time so we were charged extra, but thankful that he waited.

Marco, our driver, was in contact several days before we arrived. His communication was excellent. We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.

Great experience, driver was waiting for us at the airport with my name. Note that there’s a 50 yard walk between the terminal to the parking area. The driver was very helpful by helping us with the luggage trolley.

Pickup directions were not clear. Google instructions had me walking to no end in site. I gave up after 45mins of walking and was going to take a taxi and that’s when I finally saw the driver. A cab would have been easier and by far cheaper. My first time here. Now I know.

Our drivers pickup all the customers at the meeting point in their arrival terminal waiting for them with a sign with their name on. And we send messages from the day before to confirm it. We really do not know what it is not clear for you.

I booked the service to bring us from the Rome airport to a hotel in Civitavecchia. Our driver brought us to a hotel with a similar name in Rome. We did not know the difference as we are from the United States and by the time we figured this out our driver was gone and it cost me another $200 American to take a taxi to the proper hotel

They use WhatsApp to reach you when you arrive. The driver took our luggage to the car for us. He was a very good driver. He took us right to the door and brought our luggage to the door too. Totally worth the door to door service.
