Excellent Guide!
Having a guide added so much to the experience of viewing the Acropolis! My husband had been a number of times before and he thoroughly enjoyed the extra insight and information that the guide delightfully provided. We had a little trouble w noise and cross-radio traffic at times - causing me to drop from 5 stars to 4. Take the tour! It will open your eyes to what you are viewing.

Ensure you have a qualified guide
It is critical that you do a tour like this one with an authorized guide. Our tour was perfect. Acropolis and the museum. Very helpful to have our guide take us through the museum too.

She was a wealth of information. She told the story of the acropolis and parthenon in an informed and engaging way.
You can see the acropolis on your own but you don’t appreciate the history, the ancient history that is there if you go in cold and unguided. So taking the tour was almost the best thing i did here in Athens. The first best was the sopping in plaka!

Must Have These Guides
This is the only way to experience the Acropolis, Parthenon, and Museum. Do not go without a guide. Their knowledge adds so much to the experience I couldn’t imagine doing it without one.
