Meet your Expert Guide inside the Space Center's Food Labs cafeteria. Use your General Admission ticket with electronic QR code for an easy, efficient entry. The Food Labs is located straight ahead upon entering the front entrance/security and to the left of the Tram boarding area inside.

TOUR MEETING POINT: 1601 E. NASA Pwky. Houston, TX 77058 (Meet your Expert Guide inside the Space Center's Food Labs cafeteria located straight ahead upon entering the front entrance/security and to the left of the Tram boarding area inside)
All guests will receive their General Admission tickets with QR entry codes via booking messenger system, email, and Whatsapp (as applicable).
Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.

Your Mission Control Tram tour time will be scheduled according to the best available departure time assigned by NASA.
The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with this package is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
Failure to arrive on time can result in a postponed tour date subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals can meet their tour group inside the Space Center's Food Labs Cafeteria if they arrive before 10:30 AM. All arrivals after 10:30 AM will need to explore the Space Center on their own.
Late arrivals may request their general admission and historic mission control tickets sent electronically for self-admission into the Space Center.
In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
