What are people saying about Monterrey

Lovely visit to Santiago
We booked this tour last-minute after realizing it would be the best, most economical way to visit the town from Monterrey. Emmanuel had great communication, picked us up on time in a comfortable vehicle, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions (in English!). He adjusted the tour to accommodate our request to attend church, and even summarized the readings and homily message afterward and explained how the town got its named from a saint.
The waterfall is beautiful, but if you go in the summertime we'd highly recommend booking the morning tour, as it was shady and breezy then. Emmanuel also helped us purchase gifts for our family, translating and guiding us along the way. All in all, a lovely way to spend the day outside the busy industrial city. Highly recommend, especially if you are lucky enough to have a great tour guide like Emmanuel.

10/10 Recommended
We had an amazing experience visiting the caverns and city views at El Obispado. Oberlin was a great tour guide, he shared many facts about every place we passed through. The process was smooth from pick up to the end of the tour. Oberlin set us up with another tour to La Cola de Caballo, Presa de la Boca, Santiago and drop off right at the hotel door. Our tour guide Ivan was 10/10, ten stars for hospitality, great personality, made us feel comfortable and made this tour so much fun! Thank you Oberlin and Ivan!

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Monterrey is a beautiful city.
We had an amazing tour of downtown area and park. My partner wasn't feeling well so we had to skip the last part. Our guide was very kind and we t out of his way to ensure our comfort. He went back to his vehicle to get umbrellas. He was knowledgeable about the area and was born and raised in Monterrey. Thank you so much for a great experience

A Great Way to End Our Monterrey Adventure!
This was the perfect way to wrap up our time in Monterrey! Once again, Emilio was an amazing guide—kind, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great experience.
I paid extra for the horse ride to Cola de Caballo, and it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend adding it if you can! Coming from an island with larger waterfalls, I wasn't expecting to be impressed, but I still appreciated the beauty and peaceful surroundings of this waterfall.
The stop at La Boca Dam was nice. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking in the water, although I wish there had been an option to stop for some fresh local fish! 😄
One tip for fellow travelers: if you have darker skin or are Black, don't be surprised if people politely ask to take photos with you at the waterfall. It happened to us several times. We found people to be friendly and genuinely curious, and it didn't feel uncomfortable—just something to be aware of if you're not used to that kind of attention.
My only suggestion, once again, is to provide complimentary cold bottled water. The heat—especially in Santiago—can be intense, and having water available in the van would make the tour even better.
Overall, another fantastic experience. If you're visiting Monterrey, I highly recommend this tour—and if you're lucky enough to get Emilio as your guide, you're in for a great day. Stay hydrated! ☀️💧

Wonderful experience. Would recommend 100%
We had the best guide ever! He was very nice and he helped us take pictures as well and gave us lots of recommendations of restaurants we could try and other places we could visit during our stay in Monterrey. While we were at Garcia he told us it's history and took us to this amazing bakery were their bread is so delicious and sells out really quick.

most amazing experience
THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE OMG! I (22 yo active female) did this with my brother (24 yo active male) and we only found the walk down to be challenging bc of the steep path with loose rock, everything else (climbing up, rappelling, and such) you could honestly learn on the spot. There were way older active adults (30-50 y.o.) with us who also did great! The views were breathtaking, the journey was beautiful, and everyone was so kind and I felt safe the whole time. Dont think twice and buy that ticket! (unless ur scared of heights lol). Some advice: wear shoes with grip (gym shoes or hiking boots) and pack lots of snacks and water, you'll get hungry!

Iván R. Made Our Monterrey Tour Outstanding
Monterrey Tour is hands down the best tour agency in Monterrey. The experience was comprehensive and well-paced, from the smooth pickup to the excellent communication throughout. My guide, Iván R., shared thoughtful historical and cultural insights at every stop. It also helped that he seemed well-connected everywhere we went!
