Customer Service is what matters
Unfortunately, our tour had to be canceled due to the catastrophic flooding in Utah in October of 2026. The operator called us and was very apologetic, and offered us many other options to make use of our booking. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of their offers as we were in the area for one day only, but they were prompt and efficient at issuing a refund. I've been on the tour before and was a repeat customer.

Fall solo- October kayaking& hiking review
I debated booking this excursion because of the cooler temperatures, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the conditions were actually perfect for this adventure! It was a little chilly at the start (a low of 47° and a high of 62°), but the sun warmed us up on the water. With the sunshine and a thin athletic jacket, I was perfectly comfortable kayaking. By the time we reached the hike, we were taking our jackets off! I booked this excursion without much advance planning, so I didn’t have strappy sandals. While they would be helpful, they’re definitely not necessary. I kept my shoes in a dry bag (available to purchase for $10 after booking) and launched the kayak barefoot. I kayaked without shoes and put them on when we reached the canyon hike. Our guides, Laura and Francisco, were fantastic! They did a wonderful job tailoring the tour to the group’s size and abilities, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. If an early morning departure is available, don’t hesitate to book the 8:30 a.m. launch! We felt like we had the water almost entirely to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. I also booked the Lower Antelope Canyon tour, and the two experiences offer completely different vibes. The kayak/hike excursion lets you experience the canyon from the water and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. During the hiking portion, we saw only a handful of people, which allowed us to take in the incredible canyon formations up close without the crowds often associated with the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon tours. Both experiences are unique, and if you have the time, I highly recommend doing both a kayaking/hiking excursion and an Upper or Lower Antelope Canyon hike. It’s the perfect way to experience the beauty of this area from two completely different perspectives!

Tour of Lower Antelope
This is a not to be missed experience. Oren ( hope I spelled his name correctly) was an amazing tour guide. Provided info about the plants we saw as we walked towards Lower Antelope Canyon. Provided plenty of time to take in its beauty once inside and took amazing photos of me and my husband. Thank you for making this a highlight of our trip to Arizona.

Secret Canyon and Horseshoe Bend - AMAZING!
Amazing. I have some slight mobility issues and can't go down into Canyons like Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon. This Secret Canyon tour is one you literally just walk into and it is stunning. Our group of 7 (max 12) was perfect for being able to take our time and enjoy, taking pictures and the guide was awesome. By seeing reviews of other canyons, I believe the canyon itself is longer than the others and easy to take photos because there are fewer people per tour. Also, same for Horseshoe Bend. The truck/van takes you closer to an overlook that is not the standard public access overlook. I was able to make the walk (with a few steps) to see the river and enjoy the views and without a crowd.
