We went on an excursion with them booked through Get Your Guide, for convenience. But in reality, having seen how this place is structured, I would say that you could book directly with them. In two weeks between Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia, this is the best tour operator we found. Beyond the individual excursion, whether one likes it or not, we absolutely found the best organization and availability here. Positive things: large bus (the school trip kind, let's say), water available in the fridge, excellent organization. Guide Samvel was spectacular, very talented. He spoke Armenian, Russian, and English perfectly. Then I think he also spoke Greek. Dual-language tours are a bit of a pain, but he adopted this spectacular tactic, in my opinion, of dividing the time at the place to be visited into two slots. First he did Russian with the Russians and the others walked around, then he gave a time and switched the tour. It seems simple, but this way he optimized the time. It seems simple, but out of 8 tours taken in three different countries, he is the only one who made this proposal. Driver Karen (I'm not entirely sure that's how it's spelled) was very talented; he drove this large bus on impossible narrow roads. Points for improvement, in my opinion: - such a large bus cannot reach certain points, so you have to go on foot. For me it's great because you stretch your legs, but perhaps for those with reduced mobility it's not the best. - lunch: a sore point of any tour taken. Tour operators collaborate with these establishments, where prices are obviously inflated. It's the tourism game, we know it well in Italy too. But there must be a trade-off: if I pay a lot compared to the average, then give me good or abundant food. Here it was neither of the two things.

Very pleased with this trip, the beauty of Armenia is shown from different angles, and the staff are true professionals in their field! I would especially like to mention the first-class driver Andranik (Ando Jan), next to whom it is very calm to be during travels, as well as the excellent Hayane Vardanyan, who speaks several languages, which allows her to present and explain the entire history and beauty of Armenia to several groups of tourists at once.

It is our first trip to Armenia and it was very exciting to discover archaeological sites, places of worship, and natural beauties in the surroundings of the capital. Rose, our guide, and Taron, the driver, were exquisite, professional, and empathetic. We returned home enthusiastic!

The tour guide speaks good english. She explained the history of Armenia, the symbols, the borders and relationship with neighboring countries etc. Very informative. The tour itenary itself is good, just a bit tiring with the 12 full hours, in july hot sun.

The guide was so much kinder! It was a guide in English, so I could only understand it, He also taught me about the history of the places I visited, and I was able to visit various places efficiently! Lunch is not included, but it is a process that cannot be canceled, so you need to see +α.

Drove on June 14. We're very pleased. The tour is interesting - a lot of information on history, religion, traditions - and it's all accessible, easy to perceive. Guide Rubina talked all the way, answered all the questions exhaustively. The driver was driving us carefully. The car had air conditioning, the water in the fridge - the conditions were perfect. The route was thought out in detail. Despite Sunday and the crowds everywhere, there were no delays or expectations. A nice bonus in the form of local sweets. Definitely recommend travel agency and itinerary.

This is an excellent full day tour which provides a very good opportunity to explore Armenia. There was a nice balance of things to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions put too her. The trip was good value for money. My only complaint was that the trip details clearly stated that the departure time would be 9.00 but it turned out to be 10.00, so we had to hang around for an hour. The other people on the trip appeared to have been given the correct details.

I took the private tour from Yerevan to Khor Virap, Garni, Geghard, Echmiadzin, and Zvartnots with the driver Edward.
