What are people saying about Yerevan

A lovely first encounter with the Armenian nature and culture
A nicely organized tour, with lots of interesting information from Hasmik, our tour guide who is very knowledgeable and fluent in English (and Russian).
Sadly, the Mount Ararat wasn't visible today, but the monastery, the temple, and the canyon were amazingly beautiful. I'll definitely be back here for more.
We got a small bottle of water each, and lunch options were available near Garni Temple. Make sure you wear comfy shoes as there's a bit of walking to do if you want to fully enjoy it.

It was a blast. We got...
It was a blast. We got good amount of time to explore each of the places. Edward's very informative & knowledgeable, even on the road. We also had Joseph as our driver and I felt very safe on the road.
The amount of people for the group was good. I think we were over 25 people, but it went very well. Edward explained everything in both russian and english which was truly impressive, and I bet that's not an easy work to do.
Only thing not included with the tour price is the food, but you get 3 options at the start of the tour (with vegetarian option too). The food was great at the place we went and for 4900amd water and starters are included. There were a bunch of salads & bread. They even have complimentary wines & vodka that you can taste.
As a solo traveller, this trip's been perfect for me, than to rent a car and drive to those places. The views all way to the sites were stunning. It is a long trip, but truly worth it.

It’s OK, but some tweaks would greatly improve the tour overall
It was nice, but I’d skip the winery - it’s too further out, so extra time to get to/from there; plus the tour inside isn’t included. I’d also swap one of the monasteries with Garni temple, as all of the monasteries in this tour are the same, while Garni stands out. Overall, OK. The highlight is the lake, of course.

This was our first tour...
This was our first tour in Armenia and it created a very good first impression of the country. Gayane's guiding style was commendable. She had a perfect balance in going back and forth between two languages, giving information in digestible chunks and keeping engaged with each guest. She also started giving us information as soon as we left the starting point, giving us a bit of a "city tour", somehow. In this sense, you get more than what you paid for. Arsen was a very professional driver who got us safely from one stop to another and back to the city. An excellent start to our stay in Armenia.

A great way to begin our tune in Yerevan!!
We enjoyed a great and informative tour with Sunny Arev as our guide and Alexander as our driver. It was very enjoyable and comfortable and we appreciated all of the knowledge that Sunny shared with us, plus the special surprise toward the end of the tour.

Highly recommended!
All the places included in the tour are very beautiful and interesting to visit! The staff is nice and welcoming, we’ve been provided water, some local sweets and they brought us in a tasty and cheap restaurant where you get the opportunity to make your own lavash, the typical Armenian bread.
Also, a special mention to our guide Gaya, very kind and friendly, who kept telling us, in both English and Russian, many historical and cultural facts about Armenia and the places we visited.

We had a wonderful day tour in Armenia visiting all the beautiful and interesting places. Our tour guide, Hasmik, was incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable. She made everyone feel welcome and shared the history in a clear and enjoyable way. Overall, it was a great experience.

Tiring but worth the trying and the meal will compensate you
Once more Yerani travel professionally took us on this long drive but wonderful day trip. The Tatev cable car ride was thrilling and the Tatev Monastery impresses with the majestic architecture. As for the water falls nature never stop amazing us with its creations. Nektar the guide was so articulate and spoke fluently English and with a vibrant character made the trip even more interesting. Culinary no matter which of the set menus would be chosen there was a big variety of salads soup and main course and all was exceptional tasty and the restaurant owner was welcoming offering his own vodka production and treats that made the difference. The wine tasting gave a chance to taste both grapes and fruit wine products that were of interest.

Our guide, Ellen, made...
Our guide, Ellen, made the tour transcend the simple focus on just the foods of this beautiful country. Her broad and cumulative knowledge of Armenia’s history, art, architecture, and social fabric made every walk between restaurants a tour in and of itself. Her command of English was impressive and her demeanor was both professional as well as collegial and charming. The foods were carefully selected, freshly prepared - and simply outstanding. I cannot emphasize enough how well this tour initiated and oriented us into Yerevan as a first activity in the city.

Good trip to cover the Garni temple
Total 5 stops on the trip from 10 am to 4 pm. View point of mount Ararat, Garni Temple, Lavash baking, symphony of stones and Gehard monastery. Decent time at every location. Free water but no lunch break. Gayane our tour guide kept us informed and timely.

Wonderful tour with my...
Wonderful tour with my lovely guide Michael and our driver Levon. This is my first time in Armenia and Michael introduced me to Armenian history, gave suggestions about other places to visit and even suggested local foods to try. Both places we visited - Garni temple and Geghard monastery are like out of this world, beautiful, and very important historical places for Armenia. Unfortunately we couldn't see mount Ararat from it's viewing point, but in Geghard monastery we were surprised by a local chorus performing a religious singing in one of the carved halls, such a magical experience.
Big thanks to driver Levon for driving safely on mountain roads and to my guide Michael for telling the story of Armenia with so much pride and passion. This experience made me want to return to Armenia in some time in the future.

The tour was overall...
The tour was overall enjoyable and well-organized. We appreciated the cold complimentary water and the excellent AC in the car, which made the ride comfortable. Our guide, Anna, was very friendly and spoke good English. The food offered during the tour was both tasty and reasonably priced. However, the time distribution at the stops felt a bit uneven - some places were rushed while others dragged on. Our driver, Armen, drove a bit aggressively at times.
