Don’t recommend to do this tour with this company.
Except the bus driver who did well his job, I am still looking for the winery (this was basically just a basic shop next to a winery where you have no access), still looking for the caves, and no cable car to go up to Tatev (it was fully booked so only possible for the way down as they say).
Finally being a guide is not a summer job !! It requires some qualifications : to learn basic informations that you can give basically to each tours in Armenia is not what I call minimum informations. First you need to introduce yourself, then ask each participants to introduce them - during the tour you take care of the elderlies, that must be a priority !
Finally, the guide must really take care of what they say - it is better not to say than telling something who is not correct !! I do prefer a guide with a lot of energy, sharing what he likes to do, sharing his love for his country, than speaking of something they have just read in 1/2/3 books !

After having a conversation with the company and confirming that I will attend the trip even after the trip said it has English guide, to then find out its only a Russian guide, which i still agreed to attend as I mainly wanted to visit the places in the tour. Next morning I wake up and walk 45 min to the meet point only to find out my names not even on the list and the bus is full and have to walk another 45 min back to my hotel.! To then have the company tell me its viators fault because they issued the cancel and viator failed to inform me about it. When they could have told me in the one to one conversation we were already having! It was that simple.. People's time are valuable, stop making a joke out of us.!
