We took a private transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi with two sightseeing stops, and it was absolutely the best way to travel between the two capitals! We left around 7:15 AM and arrived in Tbilisi at about 2:30 PM.
Our driver, Artur, was excellent — friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He even walked up with me to the top of the hill at Lake Sevan to show the two monasteries, shared some of the history, and helped take great photos. We also stopped in Dilijan and at another beautiful monastery along the way, both of which were well worth the visit.
The border crossing on the Georgian side took around 40 minutes, and you need to carry your own luggage while clearing immigration. After that, it was a smooth drive straight to Tbilisi.
Artur drove safely yet efficiently, took scenic routes, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Overall, a perfect and enjoyable journey — highly recommended for anyone traveling between Armenia and Georgia!

We were not sure what to expect because we had never used Viator before but after seeing positive reviews, and being discouraged by other alternatives of getting to Tbilisi from Yerevan, we decided to give this a go. The overall experience with Sergey who organized the trip and with Artur, our driver, was fantastic. Sergey was very helpful in providing all the detailed answers to my questions and responded promptly, and Artur was very kind, professional, and a safe driver. We were picked up from our address of choice and dropped off at our address of choice, and getting to see some beautiful spots on the way saved us doing an extra trip while in Armenia. Our driver provided us with some interesting facts about each site which added to our enjoyment of the experience. I would recommend this option and this specific service to anyone in a similar position!

Our driver Sergey was great and drove safely. The stops at Lake Sevan and the National Park were really good also. Be aware that crossing into Georgia requires that you take ALL your luggage with you.

This is the most preferred transportation option from Yerevan to Tbilisi. You get to relish the magnificent landscapes along the way at your own pace and also reach the destination at the end of the journey.
Our driver Sergey made the journey memorable. He was very well spoken, empathetic to all our requests and provided a lot of information and insights.
Also got to know from him that if you take a return trip, there is a different route available with other sight seeings so that you cover a lot more of Armenia.

Great travel experience thanks to the driver. Arthur drove me to Tbilisi comfortably and safely. I highly recommend this kind travel if you want to discover a bit about Armenia’s landscapes and cultural heritage. Thanks to Arthur I now know more about Armenia’s history and some of the recent events. As for the driving experience, the car is spacious and comfortable to be in.

I was a little anxious about this trip but in the end, it was a real success. Sergey was helpful and courteous and drove very safely on the long journey. There are a few sightseeing stops which are worth the time and break the journey nicely and some really good food courts along the way for lunch (the street dogs appreciate you buying something for them).

Artur was fantastic! We had such a wonderful ride from Yerevan to Tbilisi. Artur went above and beyond, showed up on time and was a pleasure to chat with along the way. We are very happy we picked this transfer over a flight. My husband and I were able to see the beautiful countryside of Armenia, stop in Lake Sevan and visit a beautiful Monastery along the way. An excellent trip again! We went the other way with Gor and now back to Tbilisi with Sergey, who provided great service and flexibility. The route was a bit different than coming to Yerevan, so the sights and stops were different and new - absolutely worth going both ways by car. Sergey also tailored one extra stop at an obsidian collecting spot, which made my day!
The most kind service by Sergey was the arrangement of accommodation with a local Tbilisi family, when our booked place proved to be... suspicious. We didn't want to stay there, so in no time we had another place to stay at and no worries for the rest of our stay in Georgia. We can't thank you enough.
The highest recommendations for this service! The price is very competitive to flying, cars are comfortable and air confitioned, and border crossings went relatively smoothly.

If you meet him, don't hesitate to ask him about Armenian pop music. He is an expert on this!
We successfully avoided traffic jam and road blockade because his colleague Sergey was keeping in touch with Gor to provide prompt traffic information.

We recommend this tour for everyone traveling to Armenia and Georgia. Gor was a fantastic driver, and the border crossing process was easy and straightforward. On the way we stopped at the Sevanavank and Haghartsin monasteries which were spectacular. It is a much better alternative to flying. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Armenia.

It was a great experience! Sergey was an excellent driver. Very conversant, were didn't get bored on our driving to Tbilisi because he shared so many stories and histories with us. Sergey is also very helpful with our bags. We had huge heavy bags and he managed to help us with it. I highly recommend it!

He was good company and an excellent driver not on his phone or smoking in the car 😉 always bonuses! We enjoyed our stops @ the monasteries along the way which helped to break up the journey. The contact before the tour was very pleasant. We wanted to see additional places on the tour and this was made possible for an additional fee, really nice! The tour itself was great, we got to see a lot more of Armenia and our driver Gor was a very good and friendly driver. The car was also very comfortable.
