We had a wonderful tour with Hasmik as our guide. Everything was perfectly organised, and she was very involved, informative, and interactive throughout the day. She made everyone feel comfortable, was easy to talk to, and seamlessly switched between two, sometimes three, languages without any problem.
Her knowledge of history and traditions was impressive, and she shared it in a way that kept the whole group engaged. The tour was suitable for people of all abilities and never felt boring. We visited stunning monasteries, enjoyed breathtaking natural sights such as the cascade, and even had the chance to taste wine.
The only part I wasn’t particularly excited about was the lunch stop, which was more of a food court. Personally, I would have preferred a family-run restaurant with traditional food, though I understand this choice may have been convenient for timing and logistics.
Gregory, our driver, was also very professional, and Hasmik even went out of her way to play music I like on the bus, which was a lovely personal touch.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Hasmik as a tour guide.

Karmela, the guide, and Ando, the driver were TERRIFIC !! We visited AMAZING sites. Karmela was steeped in Armenian history and I really appreciate the info.

I really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it. Traveling in a small van with only seven people made the experience much more personal and comfortable. Our guide, Hayk, was excellent — very knowledgeable, approachable, and his English was superb.
I especially appreciated that the tour started as soon as everyone arrived, even a few minutes before the scheduled time, which meant we reached each stop ahead of the crowds — a huge advantage. Hayk listened to everyone, answered questions thoughtfully, and even made safe photo stops along the way when possible, while keeping us perfectly on schedule. He struck a great balance between flexibility and good time management.
A special mention also to our driver Roman, who was fantastic — funny, professional, drove very safely, and kept everything running smoothly and on time.
Beautiful itinerary, great organization, wonderful team — highly recommended.

This is a long day and it is even longer with a guide who is not very nice . She was very knowledgeable and could give many facts on each place . But her English was not good enough to converse and she became quite defensive when I asked when we would return to Yerevan . I don’t think anyone gave her a tip

The tour was amazing! Our tour partners Karmela and Edgar were amazing to travel with, they were patient and ensured everyone had a good time. The tour was structured well, with enough time to guided tour and enough alone time for pictures. The activities too were well spread out so as to not make one section filled with too many activities and other dull. It was all well planned, and exceptionally punctual.

Lusine “Lucy” with One Way Tour was wonderful as we made our way from Yerevan to Khor Virap, Noravank Monastery, Areni, and Jermuk. She was very knowledgeable and seamlessly managed both English and Russian speakers with ease. Always cheerful, polite, and attentive, she kept the group organized with gentle reminders about belongings and return times. A special highlight was her spontaneous stop for sunset photos near Mount Ararat. I highly recommended!

A superb full day trip giving a great taste of Armenian history, natural beauty and culture. A great mix of places of interest and well-paced throughout the day. Every stop we made was worthwhile. Mari guided the trip perfectly allowing us to gain a good understanding of the places we visited and doing so in a very proficient, calm and friendly manner. I'd recommend this trip wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately this was the second time that we started the tour late with this company. This time the guide slept in. After a few minutes I went outside the bus asking why we‘re not leaving and I was told there was „an accident“ and the guide will be late. I asked them to communicate with the guests and to update them. Didn’t happen. So the guide Vahag had no accident but attended a wedding and slept in. I was to be honest quite angry about the fact that we were 15 minutes late. For this long tour. So far all guides called the guests friends. To be honest I kind of like that and find it typical for Armenia. It was missed for this tour. The tour itself was ok, the cable car stop can be skipped in my opinion though

The trip is great, especially the first part - Khor Virap is great, Noravank is magnificent, an absolute must-do! The second part is not so nice, except the waterfall. The Jermuk baths, the wine tasting (not a good wine) and especially the cable, make the trip unnecessarily long and tiresome.
Anyway, our guide Anahit was very nice and helpful - thank you very much!

Noravank monastery is beautiful, the waterfall is nothing special. Khor virap is great especially if weather permits good views of ararat mountain. Highly recommend to do the ropeway for the amazing view from the top.

Great day trip from Yerevan. Ana, our tour guide for the day, and Ruben, our driver, made the tour easy and relaxing. I particularly appreciate that we were given the option to roam around by ourselves and then meet the group at a given time and meeting location.

Overall a really good tour with a great itinerary. Our tour guide was really knowledgable and friendly. Our driver was great too. It’s good value for money. The only downside was the vehicle - it was poorly maintained and broke down several times and the air conditioning didn’t work for most of the 12hr journey in 40C heat, which was a challenge with children. The tour guide and driver did their best to deal with it though and we did enjoy the trip.

The tour is well organised starting from a warm greeting. Our tour guide Hasmik is knowledgeable and dedicated. We went to five stops including: Khor Virap where St Gregory was imprisoned; Novavank with stunning view; Jermuk cable car; Jermuk waterfall and stone bridge and Jermuk resort. All super nice places! The wine tasting and lunch were a bit chaotic …
