Lots of views
Our tour guide took us to some fantastic views AND she also took us on a side trip to a 'honey tasting' store that was fantastic.

Lovely excursion.
Lovely excursion with a wonderful guide. Learned so much about Napier and it’s history. The guide was so knowledgeable and kind! I left my phone at one of the stops and he was so gracious in turning around to go back for it. Luckily we weren’t to far away. But other guides would have been frustrated or not even done it. He was so kind.
The views on this trip were so pretty. The info on the history of the town and buildings were fascinating.
We truly enjoyed it!

Art Deco Day
Our guide, Mark, was very knowledgeable about the area. He gave us the perfect tour of the art deco buildings, the countryside, and a visit to a bee merchant. Mark gave us a very personalized tour, we thoroughly enjoyed our day in Napier.

- Hawke’s Bay is home to a hill with the longest place name in the world: Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakita-natahu—or or Taumata for short. There’s not really much to see there, though.
- Hawke’s Bay is one of the most earthquake-prone areas of New Zealand. Be aware of how to respond if you do feel a quake.
