The shop was ready and very well organized and prepared for our arrival. The bikes were in excellent condition and the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a better map. We became “lost” several times but were able to get help from the very kind NZ citizens.
Would highly recommend this tour.

Great experience...even with a bit of rain. Bikes were set up for the 6 of us, easy instructions and a couple seat adjustments...we were on our way. Pickup location by ISite where cruise ship dropped us. Maps were great, even if we somehow couldn't read them. Beautiful bike trails...would absolutely do again! Lovely Port!

Easy pick up, bikes were ready and waiting. Maps were available. Pannier bags were not enormous, but did expand and we could both put would small rucksacks in them
Front wheel needed tightening after riding for a bit as the quick release had not been tightened properly

This place to get bikes was so convenient for where you get dropped off from the cruise ship. Literally across the street. Great staff and very accommodating.

This was a great way to see Napier on. your own. The location was convenient, The bikes were vey good, and the maps that they gave us were excellent. All in all, we were very happy for what was provided.

Bikes well maintained. Good briefing prior to setting off however due to major roadworks and road closures we were unable to find/access the vineyard trail marked in yellow on the map we were given. We ended up riding along the coastal path instead which was pleasant but not outstanding…

Easy to find shop. Had our bikes ready and even switched one for easier use. Friendly and informative. The bikes were easy to ride and paths were flat.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were given recommendations and maps suggesting where to ride, great bikes, and instructions on how to use the bikes. Also included were helmets, a lock, and a storage bag on the back. And…Napier is a biking haven. Could not say enough good things about this place and the people operating it! Would highly recommend!!!

This is an efficient and well run enterprise.
We arrived for our pre booked hire of 4 Ebikes and everything was set up and ready to go.
After a comprehensive explanation of the bikes from Amber we were ready to go.
Napier is a perfect place for biking with flat paths.

We had a wonderful day on the bikes exploring the city. There is a long bike path to keep you out of traffic. The bikes were comfortable and operated nicely.
If you plan on biking to the wineries, you should know that the closest one is 10 miles away and the map is hard to follow. Luckily we had a local that assisted us most of the way there.

Fun ride along the coast and through the wetlands to Mission Winery. We didn’t follow the same route back to town after the winery. We had to cross a lot of streets on our return trip, we probably should have backtracked to get back to town.

This was a bargain for an all day open adventure. Our bikes were ready, marked and measured for each of us. The drop off was literally across the street from the shop from our shuttle stop. The orientation was thorough and we were coached for a route. However, the path is not well marked and we overshot our turn, but met up with with a wonderful local rider. Thank you Julie for generously guiding us to our points of interest, stopping with us at a wonderful cafe in the middle of orchard country and advising us correctly on our return in time to shop, return our bikes and go for Manuka honey. Perfect excursion and $200 less than one offered by the cruise. Oh, and our e-bikes were flawless

We did the loop that went up the coastline and back to the bike shop via the wetlands. We couldn’t have asked for better sightseeing. Beautiful water at the first half and some great wildlife sightings on the second.
The people at the shop were so helpful and walked us through everything. Gave us a couple options and let us know which was the best option for what we were looking for.

Access is directly across the info center where the cruise shuttle bus drops off passengers. The bikes were ready and waiting for us with our names on them. The rep at the bike shop gave an excellent demo of how to operate the e-bike as well as provided a map and instruction of the best route to take in the limited time we had in port. This bike rental was well worth the cost and much more pleasant than doing a group tour with the cruise ship.

We came into Napier via cruiseship. The bike rental location is directly across the street from the cruiseship shuttle drop off. It truly couldn't be more convenient! The employees were fantastic with asking what we wished to see, providing a map and telling us how to get there. They also gave us additional ideas of local must see locations. The bikes were in fantastic working order. The area is flat and the paths are well marked. This is a fun and wonderful way to spend the day exploring Napier!

Easy to find as it was right across road from the cruise ship shuttle. Staff were friendly and amazing. Showed us a gr8 route to take and the e-bikes were brilliant. Had a mishap with a flat tire but they provided great support and had me back up and running within 30min. Will definitely recommend to others.

68km ride around Napier was great. Highlight might have been wine tasting (4 reds) at Mission where I bought a nice Pinot to enjoy after the ride. My bike was ready for me when I arrived before the scheduled shop opening. I hope I can come back some day and do it again.

Loved the individual bike names. Beautiful people welcoming friendly and everything all set to get you out and riding the km’s of beautiful, flat paths threaded through this beautiful countryside. Not bike riders and being of moderate fitness, my husband and I enjoyed this thoroughly. Highlight of the trip.

Friendly informative staff who had the bikes ready and waiting when we got there. We can’t express enough how delightful travelling around Napier and surrounds was on an E-bike. Great experience. A must for anyone with a sense of adventure. Smooth FLAT trails the entire way.
